called got an Appointment set up for my 80yr old Mom they never showed for the appointment and when i called they didnt return my calls or text messages, only until i posted a bad review on FB. After i posted the review he attacked me and the people that commented, making excuses about an state of Emergency when his competitors came right out. This "Company " left an Elderly woman out to of an window for days with no care.

I called Extreme Auto Glass after my windshield was cracked at my son's baseball game. After checking in with several other windshield repair companies, Extreme Auto Glass had the best price by far. They answered my call right away and gave me a quote immediately.

Being that I work during the day I could not get down to their location and they had no problem traveling to my job and fixing my windshield in the parking lot in under an hour. They were professional, clean, quick, and accomodating.

I have absolutely no problem recommending EAG to anyone who wants a dependable business that does not charge you an arm and a leg.

Got my windshield replace by these guys, they got 3 strikes in one replacement:
1. My driver side windshield wiper was installed incorrectly (only went up halfway) and the passenger side was not attached at all. I found this out in a snow storm!
2. Never installed a gel pack so now my rain sensor doesn't work (called several times and never got back to me)
3. A piece of windshield trim flew off my car. Luckily no one was hurt or hit any other vehicles. Again did not return my calls on this.
Think of these guys as the "3 Brothers Moving" of windshield replacements.
As the old saying goes, "The Bitterness of Poor Quality Remains Long After the Sweetness of Low Price is Forgotten". Words to live by!!!

DO NOT use them. The techs that installed the new windshield got the adhesive on the trim surrounding the windshield inside the vehicle and some spots on the passenger fender as well. Oh and let me add that the one tech borrowed my phone charger from my car without asking while they went to get the correct windshield after removing the damaged one. On top of that, there was a leak from the top right passenger corner. I called and was told it was warrantied and they would take care of it on Monday of the following week. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday came and went with no answer or call back. So I went to their business address. The same tech who did the install cleaned off the adhesive around the inside of the vehicle but then made it worse when he tried to fix the leak. A week later, it is still leaking. I refuse to go to them again as I am sure they will only make it worse. Very unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs.
