Service-Tech Appliance Repair

Service Tech is the absolute best in the business! We had a problem with a Frigidaire Microwave oven. We called Service Tech and Meredith answered the call, asked a series of questions and scheduled our appointment for the next day. Jeff was our technician and he was scheduled for an 11:00am -1:00AM appointment. He arrived at exactly 11:00am. He was totally professional and tackled our problem by asking a series of questions to help diagnose the problem. He was able to determine the problem and solve it in one visit. We could not be happier with the service we received from Service-Tech. I would highly recommend Service Tech for any appliance repair needs.

Service Tech was amazing; everything you'd expect.
I placed a call on a Friday for an appliance part and the following Friday they came with the part and installed. They were efficient and courteous.
Friendly on the phone.
They called me as soon as the part was expected to come in.
They called me with a window of time for installation.
The service tech called me day of and promptly showed up within the window of time.
He installed the part ... Left no mess ... Was courteous.
I'd recommend this company to my family and neighbors.

Called them about an inadvertent wax candle in my dishwasher. They took call and after $100 service call, there was nothing they could do . Feel they should have been more honest up front

I called and emailed Service Tech about my Whirlpool washer that was not spinning the water out of the clothes. Within an hour I had a call back and scheduled Todd to come out and take a look. He gave me a fair estimate and the work was completed once all the ordered parts arrived and I could not be happier. The washer works great, the repairs cost what Todd had estimated not a penny more and I will call them again if I ever need my appliances repaired. And, friendly and professional too! How anyone could give Todd less than a 5 Star rating is beyond my comprehension.
