VMS Auto Body Collision did an outstanding job overall. From the initial in-take and paperwork to communicating throughout the process they were very responsive and worked directly with my insurance on my claim. Yes, it did take a little longer then expected but Vicki and her team would make sure to call me every couple of days to provide me updates on parts they were waiting on and also the expected completion date. I ensured them to take their time as I would prefer my car was repaired correctly rather than rush the repair process.
Also the text message app they provided with status updates is really helpful.
I would certainly refer them to anyone looking to have any collision repairs done. I am very satisfied with their work.

Update-- nearly a month after all the rain, the craftsmanship, and color is still good as new!

Can't thank Kevin and his team enough for taking care of my vehicle. I brought in my car after someone scraped my car in a parking lot. At first I was going to pay out of pocket, but then Rick went above and beyond to investigate further. After we spoke I realized I had collision insurance that should take care of it. I made one call to my carrier, gave Rick the claim number, and the rest was taken care of. They were able to get me a rental and even took care of the drop off as well. Can't recommend them enough. I'm hoping I never get into an accident, but if I do I know who to call.

Being a first time customer of VMS Auto Body shop made me realize the value of being appreciated as a customer! Once I arrived, I was greeted by Rick and asked about my repairs. Clearly, his knowledge was impressive and an expert with body work! took my 2023 mercedes cls to repair the front bumper. the whole front bumper with the grill and headlights were damaged. i have to admit they did an excellent job. from kevin the owner, rick the manager, vicky office manager and even the father who gave me a ride home when i dropped my car off. they were all very professional and knowledgeable in what they did. the car was left perfect. they even went beyond of what i expected. the grill was carbon fiber wrapped. they had it re-wrapped which they did not have to because it did not come wrapped originally by the dealer. they took it upon themselve in having it done which i did not expect. i would highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs work done. my car is very complicated with all the code and sensors it has to be perfect. it was done as if the dealer did it. aaa+++ for their work and professionalism.

This is the third time we have used VMS they always do a no compromise job. they constantly keep you informed of any changes and pick up date. The end result is always outstanding.

The 57 freeway is a disaster! A piece of road debris was kicked up and broke through the front grill on my Mercedes Benz. I stopped by to see Kevin at VMS and he got me squared away.

I walked in, without an appointment, on a Thursday and the parts were ordered and installed the next day (less than a half hour!). I hope I don't need more unexpected repairs, but if I do I will be back.
