Dr. Redwood is the BEST!! Such a sweet guy and so informative. He's like a younger real life optometrist version of the doctor from This is Us. Never had such a pleasant eye exam :)

Needed an eye exam and they had plenty of openings the day of so I called and came in an hour later, everything was quick and easy. Aside from that, it's a standard LensCrafters. Never had any problems with a long wait or anything, everyone's pretty friendly and helpful.

Dr Redwood is awesome! Literally gifted me vision after a lifetime of blindness in one eye due to a cataract. Super informative and truly cares about his patients.

Hmmm...I've waited awhile since my check in to write this review because I didn't want to be hasty, but the quality of care and customer service at this establishment leave a lot to be desired. First, upon approaching the front desk one must hope they meet with the few members of support staff that want to help customers, otherwise you are S.O.L.

As far as seeing the doctors, it's alright. You're not going to get exceptional care, but it will get the job done if you are in a pinch. I've needed glasses/contacts for over 15 years. Since 2007 the eye doctors I went to have all taken an interest in the mole on the back of my left eye (and since I've moved around a lot since 2005 that's 3 separate eye doctors). Neither of the eye doctors at LensCrafters said anything about it, and when I inquired they were flippant at best.

To add insult to injury, the contacts I got are awful. I will be returning them soon, and going somewhere else.

Lesson learned.

For a chain, this is as good as it gets! The service is speedy and friendly, and they remember you from visit to visit. That might also be in part because my puppy keeps eating my glasses, so be sure to get the eyewear protection plan! It's paid off handsomely for me. Time and again. $50 allows you to get a new pair, or as many new pairs as you want, within a year for $25 copay each time. For any reason, as long as you can produce the glasses--in any shape or state of disrepair!

I'd recommend highly. Also a good selection of designer frames that changes constantly.

I was shocked at the terrible selection and service today. I was greeted by the friendly store manager and escorted to the optometrist office to update my Rx. Once I had my new prescription, I began shopping for frames. Several employees were on the floor, sorting glasses and chatting with co-workers, but none offered me assistance after standing and looking their way for several minutes. I finally approached an employee and asked about options for replacing my 2 pair of glasses. I was given curt responses and made to feel like I had interrupted her from something. I thanked the employee, left the store and immediately drove to a competitor's store, where I made a $700 purchase.

Wish I didn't have to push a star at all. I had an appointment today, went in to a group of girls just chatting around the computer. Went to start my eye exam and they told me that my insurance was not covered and it would be $60 so I left and called my insurance company who in turn talked to someone at the office. Turns out that they're one of the preferred retailers, they were fairly new to the insurance, and I was fully covered, (they never even called my insurance provider, so unprofessional) so I go back in and they still tried to charge me $60 and were oh so rude. I now have an appointment for Thursday at SVS, where I will be making a large purchase. Don't waste your time they're disgusting here.

Terrible service experience. Waited for more than 10 minutes standing beside my disabled mother without the staff, one of whom was busy with a customer and the other busy typing on her computer, ignored us. The gentleman in front of us left without being acknowledged, and then we did as well. Meanwhile, two women at the counter for "doctors of optometry"at the back of the store glanced up several times but did nothing to offer service. The poor service caused us to leave and go find another place to shop for my mother's glasses.

Short waiting period even without a scheduled appointment.
Friendly, and polite staff.
My eye doctor was attentive and caring to what I needed and found the perfect prescription for me!

I walked in unannounced and was helped by a very customer focused young man named zach. He knows his stuff when it comes to lenses and frames. I've never had someone this good. Great selection and service

I think Lens Crafters was the best place to get my eyes checked. I got red glasses there. The eye doctors were really nice.
