After growing out a very curly perm, going straight and getting hair healthy, gave pictures to stylist of what I wanted. I didn't get it, and she never said she was not able to. Here are the photos of before, what I asked for (blonde curls) and after they burned my hair. Now I will have to cut it all off. I have cried for a week and the owner text but has not offered a refund, apology or remorse even when he saw the same pictures plus more you are seeing.

I want a refund and for them to pay for my haircut from someone I trust. They can't replace my hair, only a lawsuit can. Which is next if they don't do right by me.

There should be a less than 1 Star Rating for what happened to me.

I've attempted to get scheduled with this place twice, just to be cancelled on both times at the last possible minute. I'd like to try again but at this point I'll have my hair cut at another place before this place can even sort of take you seriously on needing their services. 0/10 would recommend.
