When my AC broke they were creative and got it fixed. First company couldn't do that. I then signed up for their maintenance program. Couldn't have gone better. They send an email with the techs name, certification and time. They called 1/2 hour in advance like I asked. The tech - Matt - was professional and efficient. He rated my unit on a checklist and gave me a report. Very customer friendly. Frankly this is the best AC experience I have ever had, and I own 3 homes and have been in the building product business for over 10 years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It was time for the semi-annual checkup, and having McCutcheon at the ready is a big plus. Sure, when you do the first check you pay a service fee, but this one is big as it comes right before Florida's Summer hits. Summers here are brutal, McCutcheon, a Sarasota native makes sure his customers are well served by the areas best.

Unreliable call service. Appointment schedule for AC maintenance on March 4th and I received several text messages confirming the appointment days prior. No show for today's appointment scheduled for the 12th of March. Apparently, there was some kind of error on their end in regard to scheduling. They were willing to schedule something 8 days from now. JUST WOW. It was their mistake and I feel that an appointment should have been warranted within 24 hours. I can't afford to take time off and reliability is extremely important to me. Going with a different AC company.

Company does our semi annual AC svc. Always professional, on time and good work. AC still blows cold (and hot when needed). Stephen our technician was very professional and handled the service well. Highly recommended!

We just completed our semi-annual service with Sean McCutcheon's HVAC. David Peter completed two units and gave excellent feedback. We have had a chattering filter frame and David installed a new pleated filter to eliminate the problem. He said we need to be aware that our unit #2 may need a charge of refrigerant at the next service, but everything else looks good.

Lorren performed a semi annual service on our central A/C. She evaluated all aspects of the system and performed maintenance checks. She was excellent and I highly recommend her.

I needed a repair to my condenser unit, McCutcheon AC give me an *estimate* for the work, and I authorized the repair. When the work was completed I received two Invoices, three minutes apart. The second Invoice was close to the original *estimate*. The earlier invoice was for $448 less than the final Invoice. It seems clear to me that the actual work performed was $448 less than the *estimate*, which someone realized shortly after emailing the first Invoice I received and rushed to send a second Inovice which was at the *estimated* amount. Certainly doesn't seem ethical to me, and consequently they will never, ever be hired to do work for me.

Sean McCutcheon's provided excellent service, from estimate to install. My 2-Ton HVAC stopped working and another company told me it would be about $2500 to test and replace the coolant. Since it was 9 years-old I decided to replace instead of repair. The estimator was thorough and explained all options and needs in good detail. It was easier for me to understand their quote than that from the other company. Sean McCutcheon's had a 4.9-star Google rating and the other company a 4.3 rating. In addition, SM had done a small vent-add to my master bed room and had done a great and clean job. It was easy to pick SM for this big project - also they threw in the UV light for free. The install was excellent, it took longer than they thought due to some existing electrical challenges, but that was not an issue.

To top it off, when the inspector came, he said "Oh, Sean McCutcheon did the job? They are the best in Sarasota", and the inspection went fast and easy.

Definitely recommend to anyone.

Jose was at our house for our routine service. As will all SM technicians, he as very professional and personable. He took the time to explain things and answer our questions. We've never been disappointed with Sean M AC services.
It's also very comforting to receive an email photo of the tech coming to your house with the assurance that they have passed SM's background d check!

I have used them for my regular 6 month maintenance for many years now, first at my townhome and now at my house.
They do not try to "sell" you things that you don't need like another company that will go unnamed (Cool Today).
Great from scheduling the appointment to maintenance provided.
