If you are looking for flavor, you have found it! So many different options for every one!
I highly recommend the spicy garlic lime chicken. It's definitely got a kick to it but it's so good!
They also have sparking drinks with boba! The strawberry one was so good!

13155617Sep 23, 2023Tried this local restaurant for lunch and walked away very happy. And honestly surprised. I've had so many bowls and trays where the chicken is over cooked and dry which is not the case here. Their chicken is very juicy and flavorful! You can tell they just grilled the meat in the kitchen! I'm loving the heat the sauces give off too!
The staff is super friendly and full of energy. The restaurant is bright and clean. The menu is sure to have something you like. They offer a full range of flavor choices as well as a large list of refreshing drinks! They food comes out fast and hot, so if you need a quick yummy meal in GG this is your place! They also prepare take away.

Service is awesome. I always make my order by phone. They always have it ready by 15 min. How they say it will be ready. Everyone always with a smile is very friendly. The place is so nice and clean and also to eat there.

They have closed the dining room and now have 2 12 seat family style tables, but both had reserved signs on them. When we asked if we could sit there we got an "ok" The menu is still confusing w a plate or bowl option but both are bowls of different sizes. Salad and sauce is not included. The quality is good but what they are actually serving is confusing.
They have 4 digital menus that seem unconnected from the pictures on the wall.
Btw, order one or more sauce if you get a rice bowl. I didn't and was sad.

Hi Bill, thank you for your comments. I apologize about everything that happened today. It was cold start this morning after being closed for a month. So some things had to be ironed out. We had a problem this morning with the tipping format on the printed receipts. Normally tips are optional and can be done on the customer touch-screen. The issue has been resolved today. We always would like to keep the lowest price for the customer meanwhile maintaining the highest quality. However, the costs of food and energy are constantly fluctuating out of control. For example; green onions normally cost $16 per case, now they are $52. Vegetables are now almost equal to the cost of chicken from the supplier.
I've decided to place the vegetables back into the Bowl & Plates at no extra charge. Returning to the original format, same portions as before. I'll make sure the kitchen staff are aware of the changes too. Dishes are now used for dine-in and adds a quality look, since anyway the manufacturer kept increasing the cost of plastic containers.

I'll be happy to have you back sometime soon.Oct 5, 2022Previous reviewI really liked this place when it first opened better than your average teriyaki bowl and more choices. But on a recent visit our simple "chicken bowl" lunch for 2 was $32 (plus a high % tip they seem to be expecting) wow! It's counter order and pay, deliver to table so tip is generally not expected in my world. And if you do tip (I generally do,) it's a couple bucks. 18-20% is for full service dine in.
Bowls are $10.95 ok. But a few veggies are an now an extra $1.50. Fountain sodas are $2.50 with a $1 refill. The plate is no longer a plate but a larger bowl. Here's another small but pleasant quibble, the bowl when you eat in is served on a plate, which is nice. Sauces are tight and extra $$ if you want more.
For less $$ I can go have a full service meal at jumpa Thai down the street for lunch.
The food is good quality and well prepared. That's a +.
The dollar and dollar fifty ing driving up the final cost is shrinkflation and really turns me off. If you need to raise prices, raise prices. If your changing your menu and what you get, then change the menu.
Also there is an unexplained guy at the front behind a podium that didn't look up from his phone. Not sure what his gig is but maybe if he wasn't there they could afford to have free refills of soda (which cost next to nothing).

The chicken was seasoned just right!! Everything was amazing! The customer service was 10/10 too!

I've been here a few times and I have to say that the food is damn good! Of course, I discovered it via my trusty Yelp app, as I was craving something healthy, but equally as tasty. This place popped up and my coworkers and I decided to head over for lunch. One thing I would suggest outright is to call your order in. We didn't realize how popular this place was the first time we went. We got in and placed our order and it was about a 30 minute wait for all of our plates. Granted, a few of us ordered for dinner, too. We have no complaints about the wait, because everything is cooked to order and it is totally worth the wait. But if you are crunched for time, you might want to call in your order at 10:00am when they open and give them the time to have it ready for you. We subsequently did that with future orders and it was always ready on time.
I always order the plates. My favorite is the BBQ and Angus beef. It comes with rice and veggies. They give you one sauce, but you have to pay for extra. You can tell that the sauce is house made, so I understand the charge...I just wish it was filled up more. That sauce gives those plates life! I have also ordered the Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken plate and the Spicy Lemongrass Plate. Both delicious! My coworkers have had the Teriyaki Chicken, Mango Habanero, and BBQ Shrimp plate. No one had any complaints. I've wanted to try their Garlic Noodles for quite some time, but when I try to order it, I'm told that the cook isn't available until after 1pm and by then I have to get back to work. I'm also anxious to try their shrimp ceviche! They have their own beef jerky, that I have yet to try, as well and from looking at their store, they have a good selection of them, too.
They also have several different drinks from your basic sodas to specialty drinks like the iced sparkling pineapple chili mango with mango jelly, the iced sparkling lemon with aloe vera, or the iced sparkling dragon fruit with aloe vera. At the moment we are short staff however if you'd like to try the garlic noodles or any stir-fry item in the morning just give us a call and schedule a time for pick up or dine-in. So we recently found out that they were NO longer be serving Beef Salad, they really didn't specify why, but that's the only reason why I kept coming by, besides the cheese cake pastry!!! I ordered the garlic noodles beef, let me tell you, it didn't have one scent of garlic, mmmmm so disappointed. So Now that the owner clarified the reason, thanks for that! Saves me a trip and I won't NO longer be eating in that establishment.

We no longer have the Stir Fry Beef Salad on the menu. If a menu item is not popular we take it out. In the near future all stir fry items are going away. Less menu items, less complaints, less headaches.

I was stuck in traffic and randomly found this on the Yelp all since it's close to home. It's a must try!
FOOD
BBQ beef plate - $13.95 before tax. I was expecting a plate due to the photo posted on the menu but received a large bowl (see photo). Imagine a Waba bowl on steroids... The flavor was great! The beef was a great balance of sweet and salty. There's an ample amount of rice so if you come hungry, this "plate" could be split into two meals.
Jasmine tea - $2.00 before tax for a large. It was okay. Half the cup was filled with ice.
AMBIANCE
The parking is limited in front but there is parking to the side of the lot. The interior is clean and relatively new.
SERVICE
I walked in and ordered one plate and a drink. Nobody was in line before me. It took roughly 20-25 minutes to get my food. That's why I'm docking a star. On the other hand, the young cashier was very nice and accommodating.

I ordered the habanero chicken plate- yummy! Great sauce. Other dish we ordered was the Angus beef BBQ bbq plate. Even my picky mom though it was good. I will definitely come here again.
