We purchased a home warranty through them.

During the annual maintenance, the repairman realized our capacitor was going bad. They replaced this $10 part that takes 15 minutes max to replace while out there and charged my wife an absurd amount. They refused to lower the cost, but did take off a little for it not being a separate service call.

We have had capacitors replaced by other companies for $99 to $125. These guys charge almost double that with the "discount".
