Louie's Tux Shop

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Skylar. She was very knowledgeable and nice! Helped us with every question we threw at her!

I was visiting and had an upcoming Black Tie event so I needed to acquire a Tuxedo. I had purchased a jacket but was missing the other pieces. I shopped local stores but because I was returning home soon I could not get any alterations done before I would leave. I stopped in this store just to see what I could do, and was very pleasantly surprised that I could buy necessary items and have them for my size. The manager, Kim, assured me they would have them before I left. Due to the lateness of my order (late afternoon) the pants did not make the delivery for the next day, but I was called by Kim and assured they would be there the following day before I boarded my plane. Kim came in on her day off, 2 hours before the store opened, to meet me and provide the pants.

Outstanding service and I'm completely happy with the extra effort that was provided to accommodate me!!!

I LOVE Louie's Tux Shop. The employees were remarkable, as if they had descended from heaven to measure my waist. The care that was taken to make sure my every fleeting whim was swiftly catered to was nothing short of clairvoyant. Truly, only my dear mother has ever made me feel so cared for as I made the life-altering decision between a tan or black tuxedo...a bow tie or straight tie...pleats or no pleats. These decisions, which may have otherwise killed me from stress, were made with ease and a sense of sublime peace.

So when I say, "I love Louie's Tux Shop." I mean it from the bottom of my enraptured heart.

This is by far the biggest mistake of my wedding. The employees here are terrible to work with and are extremely rude. The color of the tuxes came in wrong and when I said something to them, they told me "there is nothing we can do". The part where you get "free invites". This is entirely NOT TRUE. I paid $520 for my invites. I received $150 back. This place is a joke. The managers name is Heather and she is awful. She was on her phone EVERY SINGLE TIME, I came into the store. Terrible service, terrible employees. I highly recommend you find another tux shop to get your tux from.

I needed a tux right away for my daughter's wedding. I called them on Tuesday. I told them that I would be flying in from Cali on Thursday and if I could make a fitting appointment at Noon-ish...... She said that would be fine and we will be waiting for you. I arrived at Louie's at around 1 P.M. They had me fitted for the tux in less than 30 minutes. I came back Friday at around 1 P.M. They made sure the tux fit. Tie to Shoes. Fit perfectly. The wedding reception was done around 8 P.M. on Saturday and I had the tux back to them by 830 that night. Thank you for such great service and a great looking tux for the dad and the groom from the other store.
