Called about getting a water heater replaced after reading potential causes on line (rabbit hole) and chatted with them.  He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and give me simple instructions to DIY it.  Worked like a champ and all at no charge.  If anything does breaks, calling Castle for sure! A++

Super detailed and left our knives SHARP!!  Such a great service to have an expert show up and dial your blades in on site. Can't wait to use the knives over and over again!

Quick and super through service on our rental. Honest and offered great advice on what to/not to fix and what to buy if they couldn't actually fix it.

Eventually, split the fee because they couldn't fix the issue. Even followed up with recommendations after hours. Expert research and expert advice. That's service!!!!

I think I lost a kidney last time I went there.  And all the bikes only had one gear, none of them with kickstands.

Love this spot. Spacious, great coffee and their product rocks. Just down the street from my new office. Will be back over and over again!

There aren't words to explain how awesome the crew here was, especially Jessica. Getting in a terrible bike accident is brutal, but they make it disappear into the background while you heal and they take care of the BS. If ever in the unfortunate situation where you need cycling related help, this is by far the best option. Kudos!!
