My poor dog threw up on our lovely couch and Daniel came to the rescue the day of within a few hours. He explained the whole process and gave me an estimate. When we came to an agreement he did the job and it looked amazing.
Super nice and professional. I would definitely recommend. -
This place is amazing!
I have ordered birthday cakes for my dog multiple times. You can order Ahead of time . But they also have premade cakes as well if you don't order.
They also have a bakery case with an array of cookies, biscuits, and other dog pastries. My little dog likes their donut holes especially because they are soft and she's old.
They validate for the Farmers Market lot! -
This place is super delicious and creamy.
What I like about this place is their unique Asian flavors including roasted green tea, ube, and mango sticky rice. You honestly can't go wrong with any flavor.
When I come here, it's definitely a treat but I especially love coming in October during Filipino history month. During this time they offer an array of Filipino options. You can't go wrong with any of them.
Parking is street meter or free neighborhood parking.
This place USE to be dog friendly but now they won't let your dog on in anymore. -
Nice chinese restuarant with generous servings!
Yes the servings here are pretty big with about 2-3 servings per dish. With that in mind, the price is giving!
My top recommendations are the wonton noodle soup, wor wonton soup, and their congee.
I've dined here once and have also ordered delivery. Parking is usually side street (meters) and also some free street parking if you park further. -
I really like this small place!
Get the Char siu or the pork crackling! So so good. The char siu is moist and the sauce is good. The pork crackling literally crackles. It reminds me of chicharon almost. The rice itself here is very delicious . I'm not sure how to describe it per say, but I'm not complaining that they give you a lot.
Seating is inside (maybe about ten chairs) and about three tables with chairs outside. Each time I have come, I dined there and the workers are so nice and always ask how it is and refilled our water cups.
Because this place has some outdoor dining (still IN the Spring Arcade), my dog has come with me every time! -
Japanese confectionary at its best!
Yes this place is expensive but it's so yum. They don't have samples here so you have to gamble that but it's worth it. Their speciality is this big peach fruit with jelly. It's absolutely divine but cost a pretty penny. Since I went around Mother's Day, they even had cute premade packages including various peach confectionaries. All of them were amazing delicious. Plus their packaging was Uber cute! I'm not surprised because Japanese are so good at that kind of stuff.
This place is located at the Westfield Century City mall. -
This place makes me so happy because I come in and I get to make my very own box of Baklava!
I don't make the baklava per say but they have an assortment of baklavas and you can make your own box based on weight. They also have premade boxes if you don't want to choose your own. My personal favorite one is the rose water baklava with pistachio and noodles. Of course the regular pistachio baklavas are delish. You honestly can't go wrong with anything here.
They take CC and also have a mini lot for free parking. -
Great small Filipino bakery.
I discovered this place because I workout nearby. They have all sorts of Filipino pastries including empanadas but the main event are the Turon aka sweet banana egg rolls. It's caramelized and crunchy on the outside and inside there's a plantain and a piece of jack fruit. This is a great hit for a gift. A few times I have come, they were nice and gave me some extra turon on the house.
You can call ahead for an order. They also have a very tiny parking lot (maybe like 2-3 spaces). You can also find free street parking and metered spots. -
Yes churros!!
My coworkers introduced me to this place. Their churros aren't dinky and tiny but quite long. You can order a head of time if you like. They have regular and also you can add syrup in the inside: chocolate, vanilla, guava, or cajeta (caramel). All are very delicious. They even take credit card here given a minimum. I bought a few boxes on different occasions and trust me, if you gift this, who's gonna say no?!
If you want to order a ton, I recommend calling a head of time to make an order.
They also have a small parking lot to park in. -
Great place for Thai food!
Yes this place is kind of pricey but it tastes delicious. I liked the pad Thai and they were nice to opt out eggs since my friend was allergic. What I loved the most was the moo shu or grilled bbq pork. Definitely a fave of mine that I would eat in Thailand. Sticky rice is bought separately and a must to eat with the bbq. Portions here are average.
If you're trying to come here for a quiet meal, this isn't the place. It's actually quite noisy.
Parking is mostly street and you can find plenty of free parking nearby.
