I am huge on customer service and the guy JOE who works there is crazy rude. An elder of mine called in to ask about some Veterans Day discounts and he was giving him a hard time, it's crazy how someone can be rude to an elder who served this country. I would never go to this place again, just because of him... get JOE out of there please.

I ordered off door dash and the order was way wrong. When I called up to see how the issue could be resolved the manger was super rude and not helpful and refused to take any accountability for the role they played, nor did she offer any solution other than 'call door dash'. I told her all the receipts on my end through door dash showed the correct order and she refused to listen. I think I'm more upset about how they handled the situation over the order being incorrect. Would NEVER order from this location again.

I typically don't go to this location but they had the phone I wanted in stock, so here we are... services was fast, friendly, and fun. They answered all my questions and set up my phone for me, which is always nice. I would definitely go back for my phone needs and I am in the area! Good job gentlemen!

I never shopped here before - but yesterday my 4 year old son messed up his finger and Buzz smoke shop was the closest place to us. We ran inside and asked for water and paper towels. My son was screaming and crying in pain and the guy at the counter let us take water and towels, no questions asked. I had to take him to the ER later that night but I really appreciated his help. There aren't many people, much less companies, who are willing to help someone they see in need. Thank you to the guy who was working on Thursday afternoon (9/19), we appreciate you more than you know!
