Excellent distancing and service on the patio. Friendly servers. And fabulous salads and deviled eggs with cocktails for brunch. We will DEFINITELY be back!

I'm still thinking about my visit last week! From the moment we walked in the service was attentive and friendly. The food was made to order, but quick (until dessert when another large party had arrived). This is a Caribbean spot with an upscale vibe: white booths, table cloths, definitely a spot for either a casual gathering or a nice dinner out.

The jerk wings were our favorite starter, all-over mouth heat (as jerk should be!) and juicy, tender meat. The heat paired well with the relaxed virgin sunrise cocktail (Virgin for the Virgin Islands, available with and without alcohol). Mmmmm! The Coco bread was tasty, but not a must-have, unless you're really feeling like cheese bread.

      Go. You won't regret it.

The only meal you need for the day....mofongo, chicharrones, pickled red onions, maduros. All perfectly seasoned.

I visited Buenos Aires this weekend while in Little Rock. It definitely disappoint! The empanadas were wonderful ... tender, flaky crust, and not heavily fried. The off-the-menu spinach empanada was definitely a hit with our table. We ordered the Argentinian mixed grill. Worth the extra $ for the sweetbreads and blood sausage. The blood sausage was especially a hit. This is not your extra chewy British version, but a tender and decadent treat. I just wished I'd had a little bread to spread it on. The skirt steak and chicken were good - if a little on the well done side - and the chimichurri was well-seasoned and tasty. I'd skip the bratwurst (fine, but predictable), and the salad was a great, lightly dressed accompaniment to the meat heavy meal. The white sangria was tasty, but nothing extraordinary. Next time I would opt for another of their mixed drinks, or a nice red wine or beer as accompaniment to the meat.

It was too sticky and hot for the patio, but the live music was tempting. The inside was comfortable, with half booth and table seating. And the service was impeccable, both timely and attentive, with greetings from managers. The employees clearly take pride in their new establishment.

Tasty, perfectly prepared and seasoned local food (meaning sourced locally from farms). You can get burgers and baked goods, vegan and vegetarian options. I had the soup of the day - a purple hull pea soup - with a side salad and their eggplant fries. The ranch dressing was truly homemade buttermilk and the soup and fries...perfection. Both were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and I'm picky on both counts. My partner had the pastrami sandwich: rich, beautiful house cured and smoked pastrami with homemade pickles, too!

Be prepared to wait in line to order at the counter if you come for lunch. There was a little confusion in the kitchen as the orders came out, but worth it for the tasty, local food. I'm looking forward to coming back for a breakfast or brunch soon.

The ambience is eclectic, funky, hippie. Mix and match furniture, plenty of outdoor seating, mason jars and cloth napkins. Also plenty of plug ins inside if you're looking to do a working lunch or hang out with your screens when it's not busy.
