I've never met a plate I didn't like... because I know how to order.

Waffle House is a staple. This location was very busy on a Sunday morning. Luckily we sat at the counter so we didn't have to wait for one of their 6 booths. We got coffee and breakfast all of which was average but hit the spot. The prices are right and the staff was very friendly. You can't go wrong at Waffle House.
I stopped by The Rez for drinks but if you sit at the bar you need to order food too. For $22 you can get 6 oysters which is a little pricey. However they were really fresh and came with options for sauces. I will need to come by for dinner sometime!

Hello Christine!
Thank you for the four stars! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experience at The Rez Grill! Next time, you should try the Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée, it's a favorite with many of our guests! We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
Spurrier's is a unique dining experience. It is a restaurant and museum all in one. I came for dinner with some friends and this is definitely Gainesville's newest staple. We shared delicious appetizers of calamari, shrimp, and the star of the show the braised short rib on French bread. I got the HBC margarita and it was very refreshing. For dinner I got the burger and fries and it was cooked well and juicy! The staff is top tier and attentive. The decor of novelty items and historical pieces is truly one of a kind and impressive. I'm sad to have missed out on Coach stopping by but I'll definitely come back to try to catch a Gator Legend.

Christine, we're glad you enjoyed your experience at our restaurant! Thank you for your kind words and we hope to welcome you back soon for another meal!
Exchange is a whole vibe! I went with some friends for brunch. They had a limited menu so just look that up ahead of time. I got the jerk chicken sandwich and fries and the chicken was grilled and juicy. There were no condiments or lettuce/tomato on the sandwich so that was the only downside. The DJ and staff were so good. I enjoyed grabbing drinks and hanging out!
I went to First Watch with my sister for brunch and it is always a reliable place! I would recommend joining their waitlist and/or getting there early as they will get busy. I like their extensive menu and fresh ingredients! I got their special which was the egg and chorizo bowl and it was so good! It came with fresh avocado and tortillas and had the perfect kick.
