The food was great. The wait was a bit long for a table, though we did go on a Sunday late morning, nowadays most places are understaffed while trying to figure out how much more they can safely ramp up employees, so we understand. I had the chorizo Benedict, so yummy, I can't recall what everyone else got cause I was super into my own food, but they were also very satisfied. Nice employees too!

We live close and always pass by, so wanted to try it out. We got there around 2:15pm on a Monday, there were a few tables and we asked to be sat outside, since the patio was a little crowded. The host gave us water and silverware and wiped down the table. We waited for a while and figured they're understaffed so waited more, we both used to be waiters so we get it. Around the 25 minute wait mark the waitress comes towards us, takes the drink order of a table that sat down maybe 5 minutes earlier, but the thing that finally made us give up and leave (after 35 minutes) was that she came back with their drink, left, and came back looked at us and asked the new table if they were ready to order food, but then never came towards our table for anything. At that point it was obvious that she ignored us on purpose, which is messed up, we were cool waiting but being intentionally disregarded is a whole other level. The guys that ware recently sat even apologized to us when they realized what had happened because it was so rude..

I've been passing by this place for months dreaming of jerk chicken and gumbo and now they're finally open! First time (on opening day) I tried the seafood gumbo over rice. A little pricey but worth it for the complex flavors with crab legs and shrimp to boot. As for the jerk chicken (also over rice), I had to wait a week to try it because I told my friend I'd wait for him to join me, the char on the chicken and the sauce didn't disappoint. We also got a side of yummy greens to add veggies to the mix. I hope they become a neighborhood staple and expand their menu when they get settled in! Did I mention that in addition to all this yummyness everyone who works there is super friendly and chill?!

So, I think everyone is entitled to their opinion, but the bartender spent like 20 minutes practically yelling to her seated customer (maskless) about being against masks and vaccines, all the while ignoring 5 customers including us.. 6:30pm on a Friday.. I don't know, it was such a weird negative experience I doubt I'll ever go there again. Instead of beer we ended up at the wine place next door that let us sit there with our food

Yummy! We moved out of town recently but are back for our fully vaccinated visiting time that happens to correspond with a couple friend and family birthdays. We ordered three dozen cupcakes for two different birthdays (and a couple extra to make sure we could try every flavor that sounded good).  Every cupcake was just the right texture and the toppings were sweet but not overpowering. I'm not sure if I have a favorite since I liked so many of the flavors. The ladies that work there are super nice, and it's very covid friendly since you just walk up to the door and they take your order from there

My family's favorite Cantonese restaurant (since I was a kid) in Chinatown turned into a wine bar, we never thought we'd find anything comparable. My cousin ran across Yan Yan's when she lived around the corner. They are super nice, and the food is the closest to my childhood comfort food that we've found. We picked up a big order from them since this is the first time in over a year the family has been able to get together now that we're all vaccinated!

Walnut prawns: not too much sauce, good sized prawns, we ordered two and it went immediately. Black bean clams: such good sauce, and the clams aren't tiny like some places. Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce: cooked to just the right texture, I liked the oyster sauce being on the side cause sometimes it gets a little overpowering. Salt and pepper pork spare ribs: So good! They were crunchy with just the right amount of flavor. Good portions on everything (and giant portions on many things)

We recently moved out of town, but will definitely come back when we can.

Don't go here if you're being safe for yourself and others due to covid. One guy waited in line maskless to pay for gas for 5 mins, no one said anything to him. Also, while I was waiting for the restroom I saw the cashier pull down her mask when customers weren't in line. If one of those maskless people has covid, then you're walking through their droplets even if she puts up her mask by the time someone is in line. With the more contagious variants around this freaked me the f out. Even if your town is doing alright people from everywhere are passing through so don't kill all the grandparents in your town folks! Most people haven't been vaccinated yet!

I try not to give anywhere bad reviews, and really two of these stars are because the pandemic makes so many things more complex, and as someone who was a waitress for around 10 years I get it. We ordered by phone at 5:30pm, we're told 20 minutes to pick up, we figure they might take a bit longer so get there around 6, there is a small waiting room FULL of people waiting for food, it's not a big waiting area so is very much NOT socially distanced, the door is closed so no air flow. The management made zero effort to make sure people were 6 feet or more from each other, said nothing to the customers who wore their masks under their noses.. we were trying to support small businesses so waited to see what was up with our order til the wait room was a little less empty, kept going into the crowded waiting room, were promised our order was almost up, waited outside for our own safety, went back in periodically, finally at around 7:30pm our order was ready to go, two hours later, no apologies from staff, missing garlic bread, oysters were warm, fried fish chewy, rest was overall good... It stressed the f out of my husband when we're supposed to be on a 1.5 day "vacation." We still tipped, because we've been waiters and know it's not usually the servers fault. The food was decent but for the tourist prices not worth it for the amount the management didn't care about customer safety.

Great like always!! I moved so have been craving their burritos, nachos, and salsa for a few months! Didn't disappoint. Mole burrito was much loved by the husband, my carne asada burrito was on point, salsa heavenly like usual!

I admit I haven't tried their nicer food options, but omg those onion rings were ridiculous good. We were having a stress eating day so also got a burger and Mac n cheese with bacon. All very tasty. We were a bit wary when we realized it was on the 4th floor, but the stairway was open air and masks are required upon entry to the stairway
