Diego greeted us as soon as we arrived for our special dinner at the Spice Market.
He had us at hello!
We loved every minute of your visit here. The food was delicious, the margaritas were awesome... I had the spicy margarita and my brother had the ginger margarita and both were tasty.
The sushi was incredibly fresh and we loved every bite. Because the dumplings and other dishes that also were spicy and I would order again.

No matter where you're staying, it's worth a shot! And if you come, I recommend asking for Diego, because he knows how to make it really special. I think the chef must like him too because he sent things out to us with extra love.Was this review …?

This is one of the best views I have enjoyed in Mexico. Add in tequila tasting at 2 pm ... and I'm a fan for life!
Being here brings back lovely memories of when my daughter was young enough to beg to go to the kids club ... and this one was always one of her favorites. Maybe the piñata filled with surprises had something to do with that.
Today, we enjoyed a beautiful lunch overlooking the ocean, then went to the gym and loved every minute there! I was so impressed with all of the amenities and things they have at the gym... We were able to do a full training and feel fabulous.
Tonight we're going to a fancy dinner here at 8 PM... So until then, will be relaxing, enjoying margaritas, and getting ready for sunset. It really is paradise here!Was this review …?

What a fabulous way to relax and enjoy the day! I love the hot and cold pools in the lounge. So special.
Due to COVID, a lot of the amenities and the sauna are not available. Sadly. I really missed the sauna this time.
It would be great to have some magazines or reading material while relaxing. I miss those little details ... like coffee and tea too.

Such a beautiful view ... and terrific food too. Must be a guest at the Four Seasons to enjoy. It's worth it!
At lunch, a lot of wasps came to visit us at our table, inconveniencing us greatly. The team at the restaurant quickly moved us to another table and remade the food for us. Without hesitation they looked after us and our safely. Much appreciated. Top notch service for sure.

We have been here a few times. It is getting better all the time. The remodel is gorgeous. We loved our dinner tonight and live music made it even more special.
Our room is ocean front and the sunset view was incredibly beautiful.
We are impressed with the gym and spa ... fully equipped for training. I'll start my day there each day!Was this review …?

Working out on Maui ... this is the place to go!! They have it all ... the best equipment, environment, encouragement and energy! I wanna go here everyday!!

Audi of Oakland could be so much better! I was doing my best to be a good citizen and purchase a car in my own hometown, but they did not make it a worthwhile transaction.
Our experience here was kind of lackluster. They definitely see it as a sellers market and do not want to budge a bit on price or any amenities or to add value to the experience.
We were very close to buying a brand new car right off the showroom lot. What I learned is, they believe there's many many buyers behind me and they're not willing to negotiate or create a customized or special experience. It's a bad attitude toward paying customers.
That's ok ... now I see why people go outside Oakland ... to save on taxes, to get better pricing, to have people who want the sale, and to have a special experience.

Every time I stay here, I think it's such a beautiful place and I can't wait to jump in the water and enjoy all the activities.
However, the team that works here is not customer experience focused. They really don't seem to care about the overall experience of the guest. They really don't care about what room you get and what amenities you get. There is no housekeeping service now. They don't even drop off fresh towels or supplies on the third or fourth day. Every time I call for a cart for a ride, it takes forever to get accommodated. I just feel like they're resting on their laurels because it's such a beautiful property, but they don't really pay close attention to customer service.
And since I've stayed here several times, I see it is a trend over and over and over again.
Unfortunately, when I go to different conferences, they picked this property because it must be convenient to the airport and the price is right.
I spoke with Taylor, the front desk manager, and she did try to do her best to make it a better experience. However it's already far gone and feels like a bad experience that is hard to turn around. I'm doing my best to enjoy the last day I have here and to make the best of it.Was this review …?

I've been here several times and always liked it. The food is good and the view is beautiful.
We went here to have dinner last night. It was $46 a person for some really great choices. However, if you're a vegetarian it's not quite worth it. There's only a couple choices and they don't reduce the price when you're not eating the expensive food. They charge the same thing which seems a little unfair to vegetarians.
The hostess at the front was not very accommodating. She recommended that we go to the burger place across because they have other choices. Rather than trying to be accommodating in the restaurant we were in, she was happy to send us away.Was this review …?
