10/29/15. If you could give negative stars this company would deserve that. Through Geico they were contracted to tow my car at 2pm. I received a text saying they would arrive at 3. At 3:20 I called them and was rudely told my car would be towed in 40 minutes. At 5 o'clock I called them back and was told it would be 45 mins. At At 6:30pm they called Geico to inform them that they would need an extra hour and finally Geico cancelled the call and contracted another company. Towing companies are suppose to help you when you are in a time of need not give you the run around. Don't they know you are already in a vulnerable position. I guess the better question is why does Geico use this company. I guess the best questions would be why do I use Geico?
