Komodo in The Epic of Dallas screams spend money here! I was feeling like I looked good for day drinking wearing a casual white dress and white fashion sneakers. Unfortunately, i didn't fit the bill for their attire; I was told their dress code is 'business casual.' They still let me in since they are new to the area.
The decor looks like an Asian themed casino; tastefully done but generic. They are working on an upstairs club coming soon in the summer. Service was standard as was their food and drink. But you're definitely paying for ambiance and not quality. Would I come again? Absolutely. You're sure to find good looking people and if you're looking to give away sugar to supplement your income, this would be the place. It's also a good time with high energy and there's something for everyone.
Honestly, this is the worst place to come to hungover. I was dying but some chicken green mustard soup perked me up slightly. Despite my hangover, I managed to try a bite of everything we got.
Everything here was seasoned so well! Crab fried rice is amazing. Clams were so flavorful. Pepper shrimp was meaty and crispy. Lobster was heavenly. I wish I took pictures but honestly, there are so many good photos that I didn't need to. Service was very good. Great place to take big groups. Portions are huge. Highly recommended!
One of my favorite places nearby for lao food. I always get a bunch of starters with sticky rice and papaya salad. My partner usually gets another dish for himself and none have disappointed so far. Just be aware if you ask for spicy, you will get spicy.
Awesome experience. Many people in my life have raved about the Meridian and I'm glad I got to try it out. The smells bites were perfect. Fluke crudo was so refreshing and a great way to lead into the pastas and octopus. The pappardelle and uni pastas were the favorites. Desserts were equally good. Highly recommended.

Thank you Viralyn for such an amazing review (and pictures!) Is it just us but we can smell the goodness just by looking at your pics!? We are thrilled that we lived up to the hype in your friend circle. We hope this means you will be coming back again soon!
Food is amazing. Chef Marcus is amazing. Ambiance is amazing. One of my Fort Worth favorites. I love that the menu rotates seasonally but one thing that doesn't change is the bone marrow. We walked in without a reservation on a Friday night so just go if you're needing a delicious meal!
