I reached out to Angelo for a short term rental need. Even though this isn't his area of focus, he referred several possible agents to me who focus on rentals. He didn't need to take the time but he did. He also opened up what appears to be quite an impressive network of people. I can see why he's so highly rated. I love discovering professionals of this caliber. I'll definitely be referring him to my influx of friends leaving SF for the East Bay.

I used to love caviar until a recent incident. It was a catering order, so lots of hungry people looking to eat. Caviar shows up with half the order. Then, after I call letting them know, they pick up the second half and send it over an hour later. THEN, 15 minutes later we get another half order (which we never ordered). Now, you'd think the fact that they got the initial order wrong and kept half a party waiting for food (I'd told them this several times) would prompt some type of offer (we'll comp the order, give you a credit) SOMETHING, from them. Instead the rep told me they wouldn't charge me for a small portion of the order and give me a $5 credit.

WOW. Just wow. For this level of inconvenience do you know what Munchery, Sprig, even Postmates would have done? COMP THE FUCKING ORDER. It was $100 savings, I could care less about the money but I do care about good service and I care about my peace of mind.

I'm extremely disappointed in how this issue was handled. Neither my company (I work for a big one that likes to eat) nor I will be using them moving forward.

I'd congratulate myself on a great find but clearly I'm not the first person to have found it. I loved the food here (think standard Mediterranean with a Lebanese twist). My husband grew up in Bahrain and he said this was some of the best Mediterranean he's had outside of Bahrain.

We had the Kofta kabab, chicked shawarma, hummus, babaganouj and beef kabab. All in all here's my 2 cents:

Food - 5 stars. Fresh, delicious, simple but so tasty.
Service - Considerate, laid back, fast.
Ambiance - It's a dive. And we loved it.
Brownie points - We spoke with the owner. He gave us free Baklava (I dont remember eating mine. One second it was there, then I went to my happy place, and the next it was gone). Anyways, he was a sweetheart, even giving our daughter some free goodies.

All in all I loved this place. We're definitely going back. Nice work guys.

Fantastic response. Called at 7:30 on a Friday night, Alex showed up at 7:45. He was polite, empathetic, and fast as hell at getting our door opened. He was the least expensive vendor and the most professional and efficient locksmith I've ever seen. While I hope not to need a locksmith again, if I do need one, I'm definitely calling Alex.

Whoever said you can't put a price on peace of mind never used Trusted. It has, literally, saved me from the brink of insanity. As a working parent, I dont always have extra bandwidth for when my child has days off from school or gets sick unexpectedly. Enter Trusted. I can have a sitter at my door the same day, I can schedule it in advance or set up reoccurring care. I get to see videos of the sitters, references, a bio. I know the providers are all highly vetted, trained, background checked, CPR certified, etc, etc, etc. So when a sitter gets to my door, I know my daughter is going to love her.

I've also noticed many of the sitters are not just experienced in child care, they're studying childhood education in college, or getting their masters in education, they're nurses in training or nurses (some are pediatric nurses). It's clear they love children and are highly qualified to care for them.

I also loved the live video feed though, admittedly, dont use it as much anymore since I know my child is in good hands. My daughter is in love with Trusted sitters. I couldn't be happier. Fantastic job guys.

Might have caught them on a bad day. Service was terrible and, with plenty of good food with good service in this city, I don't see them lasting much longer if they keep this up.

I can see why this place has such bad reviews. Had a birthday party here and there was zero partnership or support from this establishment. Dont come in a group of more than 2 and dont expect much when you do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

My girlfriends and I love coming here. It's one of my favorite places to eat. They could charge a lot more and get away with it with this food. The chicken tikka masala is creamy and delicious, the naan is soft and buttery. I love, love, love their veg dishes (and I fancy myself a crazed meat eater so that's saying something). Their potato (aloo) dish, spinach dish, paneer (cheese) and chanas (garbanzo beans) are some of the best I've had.

The place is light and clean. The service was quick and friendly. Great place for a cheap, fun group dinner with great food. And easy to make group reservations. Will definitely be coming back, probably bring a group with me. I've tried their catered food once and it was just as delicious as at the restaurant. Nice work guys. I'll definitely be back.

After asking and being assured multiple times my car would be done same day they kept it overnight (I'd dropped it off early morning at their request). Left me in a colossal mess the next day. They're unreliable and expensive. I'll never use them again.
