Exquisite shoes and service. Very high quality and wow, they last.

Lovely, gracious service. Whenever I've been here, staff are polite and friendly without being overbearing. And they try to make you happy. Decent sales too.

AVOID. If the owner doesn't like your review, he will harass you by posting your personal information. Criminal offense. I had to report to Yelp. It's now on record. And they are watching you David, so don't do it again. Maybe that's why most of the reviews here have so many stars.

Here's the cliff notes:
- Dirty Tricks. He cut out the inside of one skate guard--without permission, without telling me--to make me think it wasn't too short and matched the other. So much material was cut out, he actually made a small HOLE.

- Scary. When I went to return it for a refund, the underling Brett was hostile and defensive. I asked for an apology. He CURSED me in front of all the children in the store then shoved me out.

- Plays Favorites. When I went in, I was told I had to wait. Everyone got undivided attention. Except for me. When it was my turn, the owner only half paid attention because he was suddenly all over a young girl & mom who walked in while he was in the middle of lacing for me. IRONY? I spent over 400 total in this store. They walked.

Wow, I should've walked too. I've never had such a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN.

Update to respond to some lies below:
I NEVER CURSED. I spoke loudly because of our phone connection but I didn't scream. And I never asked for customization. I said it didn't match and didn't want it. And I wasn't being pushy. I waited patiently once I realized someone else was being helped which wasn't immediately apparent. Patient as my unfortunate visit that started all this. Now enough, OK?

Overpriced and nasty. They charged me DOUBLE what I would have paid anywhere else. I had a feeling I was being conned as I paid, felt like they tag-teamed to make up a price on the spot. They're also nasty, follow you around as if you're going to steal something. UNPLEASANT experience. I will NEVER go there again. I will NEVER dine or shop at any of the nasty EAT stores again.
