These guys may not be the cheapest or even the cushiest on the river, but they are quality all the way. The guides are knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and strike the exact right balance of laid back river attitude and safety. It is clear that they are experienced and well trained in how to get the maximum fun out of every trip - tailoring for kids, adults, groups, level of experience, etc. highly recommended.

I saw Rob after getting a back spasm from rowing. I could barely walk into his studio. I walked out feeling much better. Rob uses a combination of Thai-style active stretching/massage with deep tissue sport massage. It was exactly what I needed so that I could return to my normal, active life.

This is THE spot in Seattle for vintage and vintage reproduction dresses, jewelry, accessories, shoes, and more in an adorable girly-girl setting. I found Pretty Parlor shopping for a Prom dress for my daughter and was immediately impressed with the quality and selection. Inga was an absolute doll to work with - exactly the right amount of attention to make us feel special without feeling pressured. We found a magical dress at a reasonable price, and my daughter walked out feeling like a fairy princess. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

Let me start by saying that I HATE the entire car buying process. I hate the research, I hate going to dealerships, I hate the pushy sales people, and I ESPECIALLY hate sales people who will only talk to my husband - even when I'm the one buying the car.

So, my enthusiasm for visiting Doug's was low, to say the least. But, my old beater of a BMW had finally given up the ghost and I had to do something. We found a very low mileage, very clean, solid, one-owner Honda Civic at Doug's and off we went.

First off, Torri greeted us warmly, but not aggressively when we walked in, and was ready with the keys and had the car pulled around for us without a lot of fuss or salesy small talk. Ron Johnson was the person we originally had an appointment with, but he was busy and Tori stepped in and was great. Once we got past the test drive, we were pretty open about our financing needs, and Tori didn't bat an eye, but asked us what we thought we could do and said "We'll get it done." By noon the next day, she had it done, and we were signing papers that evening.

Signing paperwork is fun for exactly no one, and there's the mandatory effort to try and upsell the warranty and gap insurance, but we politely declined and everyone got on with the task at hand.

All in all, the best car buying experience I've ever had.
