Mar 2, 2024Updated reviewHenry and his team delivered again! We got the new Panasonic MAK1 massage chair and it's seriously the BEST! I love the massage mechanism of this chair and the strong, precise, life-like massage it provides. The crew did double the work this time as they had to take away the NEO as well after setting up this chair, the guys had no complaints and finished the job with utmost professionalism.
If you ever need a massage chair go to Massage Chairs & More!

Feb 20, 2024Previous review5 stars is not enough to rate my experience here. If you ever need a massage chair you need to go see Henry at his Walnut Creek store! He's hands down one of the best and most honest business man I've ever met and I've met a TON over the years on the job.
My husband and I were strolling through Broadway Plaza last week without any specific shopping plans, we passed by Massage Chairs & More and were intrigued by so many hi-tech fancy looking full-body massage chairs inside, owner Henry greeted us and invited us in...oh boy was that the best decision we've ever made, we ended up spending 2 hours there!! Henry was extremely knowledgeable in this area, he introduced us to multiple chairs with different technologies and focus areas, between my husband and I we tried like 8 chairs, Henry was so patient and never rushed us. We ended up purchasing the newest OCHO M8 Neo which my husband loved, Henry arranged professional white glove service and got the chair delivered in just a few days - taking about speed!
You might think the story ends here but no! After using the chair more extensively for a couple days I decided it's not strong enough for me (provided I get deep tissue massages often so I can take a lot more pressure than my husband), I contacted Henry about the possibility for an exchange, which is not what the company usually offers but Henry agreed as he said "making my customers happy is my only goal" - talking about customer service! So we went back to the store yesterday (Presidents' Day) trying on more chairs. It was a busy day at the store but Henry gave us equal attention as his potential new customers, by now you should have a good idea about Henry's character, he's really the best! We ended up finding one we both loved and we're now waiting on the new chair.

Jan 22, 2024Gaby and her team did an amazing job for our company's launch event! They deserve 10 stars!!
This launch event was very important for us so I was quite nervous about how the balloon bouquets would turn out, as we requested custom logo and custom color that matches our company's website. Gaby put my mind to ease from the very beginning with her fast and clear communications, the mock up was sent way before the event and the bouquets came out BEAUTIFULLY! They were right on time on the delivery as well, and even helped me put in different places.

Dec 23, 2023Hands down the BEST farm to table restaurants we've ever been to!
One tip is to arrive 30mins earlier than your reservation time to take advantage of the complimentary tour on golf cart, you'll see their beautiful lush gardens, super unique tree houses, cute animal sanctuaries.
The restaurant vibe is cool and fun, love the background music and the super attentive staff. I causally mentioned we're in Cabo for my birthday trip and they sent over a birthday dessert at the end of our meal, how sweet!
Their wagyu burger was the best burger my husband's ever had (and they had a LOT of burgers over the years!), I loved their grilled whole fish accompanied by farm fresh grilled vegetables - amazing flavor, a much try! Their handcrafted cocktails were sooo good that we kept ordering more. If you're ever in Los Cabos do NOT miss this place! Gozu is THE place to be if you're into Wagyu beef and want to have a quality tasting experience!
We chose their a la carte menu vs. the tasting menu as we were going specifically for their Wagyu beef, it tuned out to be a brilliant choice as we ended up trying all of their cuts (multiple skewers each!). Service was also top notch- upon arrival we received a warm welcome from the restaurant manager, and throughout the meal different staff - including cooks of different items, bar manager and even the owner came check in on us, they made sure we had a 5 star experience.
Most importantly, every item we ordered was soooo delicious, especially the star item - their Wagyu beef, we had 10 skewers and I felt like we could do 10 more lol, next time! It's not cheap but definitely worth every penny. We'll be back!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 
Jul 1, 2022This place only takes 7 people per seating (2 seatings/night) so getting a reservation can be tricky, one tip is to join Resy's wait list, I've successfully booked it twice using that.
Food was outstanding and service was very personable and attentive, very reasonable price for omakase (currently $125/person) but you get so much food - 19 pieces in total! I actually left this place feeling full.
