This place is very unprofessional! They will cancel minutes before your appointment and not offer to reschedule and then give attitude as if you're the one who canceled. The price changes every visit and the groupon is a scam they end up saying we gave u discounts in the past so since i have the groupon we charge u full price and actually tried to charge me more than I normally paid without using the groupon. Do your self a favor get waxed somewhere else. The gentleman that does the waxing also takes phone calls and eats while waxing u.  I just left there after having to reschedule my appointment twice because they flaked. I've been going there for years and this is how you get treated for being a loyal customer!

Horrible customer service! I've bought ages that were damaged and incomplete and company associate blamed me and was extremely rude started with"let me make this very clear we sent you a perfect cage" and continued with "you shouldn't have assembled the product if It was damaged" and the owner responded by apologizing and then told me It was petty for leaving a bad review! Horrible company I don't recommend or will never do work with them again!

First off let's start by saying DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!  I've gone to them twice before made an appointment and waited almost an hour before "the wax warmed up" mean while I can hear them talking about someone's boyfriend cheating on her for almost the whole time. Then I get called into a room guess what wax still isn't warm so I wait another fifteen minutes. Both times I left with patches of hair that I didn't realize until I got home. I made an appointment for today and for some reason I sent a text because this place doesn't answer phones and only responds to texts at 11pm at night. He said he was at the other location today? What?!?! I've never met him at another location always j street and asked where he said in Carmichael which is a 45 minute drive now instead of 15. I told him that's far can u knock ten bucks off I've never been to another location let alone knew they had another location. He said no I canceled your appointment. Great because I needed a wax today for a trip. Horrible service hey treat u like garbage and don't care about keeping customers. Don't waste your money on a half ass wax job or your time dealing with them just so they can flake. Also filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Sorry to give them a one start but after being treated rudely by the male with long hair I had to review this place. I've been coming here for a while even through the managements/ownership changes and it's usually decent food for a semi decent price. Me and a friend went in there he got great service nice portions and then the guy helped me with an attitude like I woke him up from his nap to work. He literally threw in three pieces of fish and shrimp in my bowl I kind of looked at him like is that all you serve and he picked up on it and asked if I wanted a large or small so I thought he would add more maybe if I said large and then he said u get three more scoops then. I decided to cancel my order and will never be back! I'd rather drive to the one in Davis than to come back here again and get helped like that! The food isn't cheap so I expected to get a decent portion more than three small cubes of fish !  Don't eat here if he's the one serving you.

Horrible service the lady who works there she's an old lady and thinks she runs the business and was very rude to me. I have gone there for years with my moms dogs and my aunts go there as well after the level of service or lack there of I received we all have stopped going! They have always charged 50 dollars and I go to pick up my dog and they say it's 90 dollars and when asked why she said that's the price it is and because my dog is difficult. I refused to pay an extra thirty dollars with out notice and then she said well this is basically me telling you not to come here anymore. She didn't realize I have 6 aunts who all bring their dogs and after this month they will all stop! Horrible service and I hope more people read this and realize they shouldn't be doing business with someone like them! Sucks for the opener losing business because of their employees!

Horrible service last time I came and this time was no better. First made an appointment for 5 and got there five minutes late and the manager tried arguing about how long I was waiting and incubated he helped me as soon as I walked in the door. Which was about 10 minutes after I walked in. Then I'm waiting outside to have my car worked on and a family member calls me saying the manager called them to talk about MY tire and told them to get two tired when I came in for a flat on one tire. I go to talk to the manager and he tells me my tires isn't covered due to a mechanical issue when I hit something in the road that caused it to go flat. I've never had that issue before and now it's a problem. Over all experience is just bad. I have been coming to this company for over ten years with ALL  of the cars in my family a good 7 of them and this is shitty for them to treat me like that and when I told the manager he said "my customer service isn't the reason why your tire went flat" I said wow and grabbed my receipt then he said do u feel I was rude? Yes fool you were very rude. I'll never be back to this company they lost a loyal customer.
