John is so awesome! They never try to upsell you on anything. I have had my door fixed, my oil changed, sent my friends there and everyone has had a great experience. I wouldn't trust my truck to anyone but these guys!

So the breakfast club used to be my all time favorite place to eat and drink. Then Gino the manager left and the entire place went to crap after that because all of the awesome help like Samantha and Evan have left because of the new manager Erica. She is rude, on her phone all of the time instead of helping to seat customers etc. I was there on Saturday, May 3, 2014 with my two best friends and we sat at the counter like normal. All of the servers that should have been outside were in the back doing who knows what. Which left Samantha behind the counter strapped. When we received our oatmeal, it had been sitting up on the counter for so long that it had a cold crust on the top. Samantha went to the back and brought us fresh bowls. I really hope whoever owns this company gets ride of Erica, so we can all enjoy BC again. She has made all of the help find different jobs and so we will probably drive twice as far to the Morning Squeeze where the environment is way more hospitable! Good luck BC, because 90% of your regular customers are leaving.
