We were staying in downtown LA and ordered takeout from here. The best (and healthy) Indian food I've had in 20 years in the US. Period.

Amazed at how this place has good reviews. The only good thing here is the housekeeping staff and free water bottles.
We stayed at a high end suite paying 600+ / night. So if these seem like first world complaints, bear in mind I am paying first world price.
Here are the issues we faced:
1. Pool is closed. Never told on website or during booking. We made the decision to stay here because of the pool. So it was a bummer upfront. They offered you can take a courtesy shuttle to a sister hotel. First courtesy vehicle is never available (we tried several times) and when we wanted to go to the pool the sister hotel said Nope we're full. Omni offered a $25 discount for our 4 day stay (imagine that, we tipped the valet extra. keep your money)
2. Our suite (and others too) gets large amount of smoke from a furnace or something running next door. 24/7, forget about opening windows.
3. The suit is not really a suite. It is 2 connecting bedrooms converted to a suite. So it just feels odd structurally.
4. The staff is curt. Not rude, not polite, just curt. Don't ask for anything extra. We had to beg for plates and utensils to be delivered. When asked if 4th floor patio is open, response is "you can check for yourself." Hmm, what?
5. And then the miscellaneous: Light flickering in the room, room is dimly lit in general, phones not working, no help getting luggage to room, etc. Doordash, etc. deliveries are dropped at front desk (I hate these motel6 like policies).
We stayed at Intercontinental Century City few years ago. It was marvelous. So sad it closed down and we've had to stay here.
They won't top off oil. When asked why the dude tries inventing something: "Oh someone sued us blah blah". Incredibly rude, never stepping foot here again.

Amazing food. Had the Saag, Pakoras, Paneer and more...the best in Washington state. This is now my daily place. Sweetest owners, Wish them all the best.
This place will make you pay and not even bother cleaning the car. On top of that they will threaten you. Go here if you enjoy such an experience...
