This place has been in the neighborhood for a while and I never bothered to order from here until today. I ordered here because I thought I was going to have grubhub deliver, only to realize I had to pick up the food. With that said, I'm I made that error. I ordered the calzone and it was delicious AF.

Eprops goes out to Carlo, he's the dude that made my food. He knew he had a legit calzone made too. After he was done, he was asked me to review it since he swore it was going to be legit. Carlo you weren't wrong, so here's your review. Thanks for making my first time order a legit one, for sure I will be ordering from here again and often!

This location is my first ever experience of using doggy daycare services, and I'm glad that it was since I've had nothing but good experiences here with my doge Logan.

The staff here is awesome and are not just very friendly, but really do love to take care of all the dogs. They give great advice and are always good at keeping me up to date on who Logan hangs out with and which staff really warm up to him.

They also have a pretty good social media game going on with their IG and Facebook accounts. They have really good interactive posts on Facebook and post constantly on IG. I'm glad that Logan made a couple of their posts too =). I highly recommend this location for those of you in the South Bay.

I've been wanting to eat at this spot for a while now, but each time I go, I get distracted and eat somewhere else. I finally got a chance to go yesterday after running errands and I am so glad I did. I've only had one sandwich, but that one sandwich has made me a fan. It's made me a fan so much that I went back there the next day to get the same thing.

I'm sure everything else is delicious, but all I can say is the Seafood Bagger is the best fish sandwich I have ever had. The location is at the very corner of the strip mall, but the people who eat here are pretty cool folks. The lady that set next to me shared her cookie with me because she wanted me to know just how good it was. This place attracts good folks. Eat here. Seriously, the vibes and the fish sandwich are just right.

The fact that this spot was basically a block or two from my previous employment, made this place very appealing.  However, with that said it being close to a bunch of offices does not mean you can price your sandwiches at ridiculously high prices.  I guess it's worked for years since they say they've been there forever, but I honestly think that it's a rip off.  Then again, I guess we are paying for that convenience.

These guys are the best vets I've ever met.

Definitely friendly and really know how to talk to their customers.

I've been going here for a couple years now, it all started with an emergency visit cause my doggy had a bone stuck on the roof of its mouth (my mom fed her a riblet) and we've been coming here ever since.

My dog recently was diagnosed with heart problems and they've been really great with helping me get the affordable care my dog needed.  They were very helpful also with helping me sign up for doggy medical assistance (didn't even know it existed), which came in very handy as my medical bills started to accrue.

As my doggy got sick, they helped me do the best I could to keep her going for as long as I could until it was time to throw in the towel, I was very thankful for their help and their empathy (they even sent me a condolence card).  I love this staff, I definitely will be coming back here when I find myself ready to have a new pet.

    Props to Dr. Khaleel!

One of the more nicer looking bars in the DT/Little Italy area.

Love the prohibition motif that the bartenders are wearing, but can we get some cool female bartenders, too many dudes serving here.  I'm pretty sure some of the ladies would look legit in suspenders and fedoras/news caps serving alcohol.

Better come prepared on a Friday because it gets crowded real fast, make reservations if you can or you'll be stuck waiting 90mins for a table if you got a big group.  However, if you don't like killing time having a drink, than its all good.

I think the food is alright, I think they need to cycle out the menu once in a while, my favorite thing is the mussels and fries...because all the juicy goodness coming from the mussels soaks into the fries which make them so much more seasoned.

Favorite drink is the Osaka old fashion.  Favorite punch bowl is the one with the hurricane in its name.  Definitely a fan, and definitely like how the staff is getting to know us as we frequent the bar to a beginning of  a Friday night.

I was only there for a happy hour, which I must say was pretty decent.  I was drinking Kettle One on the rocks for majority of the time and they definitely gave you the drink in a big boy glass.  For the price you are paying it definitely was worth it!  No little kid glasses here!

Honestly, the dopest part about happy hour over here is that they walk around with complimentary cheese steaks, not full sandwiches, but sandwiches that are cut into pieces, which are freakin' yummy!  When they run out of sandwiches they start walking around with sliced up steak burritos, which I personally like a whole lot better than the sandwiches.  This is only because its rare when you eat a burrito with some prime cut meat inside it!  The tortilla its wrapped is legit as well, definitely not a cheap tortilla that they went bought in the store, which is what actually surprised me even more.

Don't know why I never thought of coming to this spot for happy hour sooner...wish I knew about before, but now that I do, I definitely wouldn't mind coming here more often.  This place gets my stamp of approval!

The only experience I have with this building is via DUI court appointed education classes and group sessions.  So my review really will be about only that, not about any of the other offered educational and community programs.

As far as the program goes, its pretty much the standard do your time and be done with it so you can get your life to some relative normalcy.  That really depends on how busted you got as well, I did the standard 6month gig so it went fairly quickly.  Education is very dry and really comes down to your instructor on how smoothly that portion of your punishment goes.  I'm not gonna lie though, they do give you enough information that will have you thinking twice if you are in that frame of mind.  Some folks here definitely need a wake up call, and for some of us, we're just trying to get it done.

Group sessions are a little more chill, basically just a round robin of talking about issues of alcoholism and how the system is pretty crappy for promoting such a bad habit, but shuns all other drugs.  Alcohol is a drug, its just one that happens to be legal, thats just how the government rolls on it.  You get some interesting folks in your groups and you share your stories of getting busted and in my opinion you can make some friends here for the duration of your time.  As much as it is a punishment it can also be support group to help each other get through the process of getting your license (and for some, their life back).  Bring an open mind to the sessions so you can get the most out of it, don't waste your time here being angry, that energy can be used in other ways for sure.  The system is flawed, but dont waste your energy here being angry about how the flawed system doesn't really do a good job with prevention; get in, get out, do your time, and learn from it...then take that knowledge and pay it forward so others dont have to learn the hard way.

Attended my first ever basketball game and I don't really have any real arenas to compare it too other than the old decrepit one back home here in San Diego, so my review is pretty one-sided, but you know what, who cares...because I'm pretty sure the Staples Center is really as good as it can get by default.

I went to the LA (SD) Clippers vs. Sacramento Kings bball game last week and  the experience was pretty awesome.  Parking is super easy to find and very easy to get too, if you're a local, I guess its safe to assume that access to the arena is fairly easy as well via public transportation, which is also safer if you're going to drink at the game.  I honestly think that anywhere you sit is pretty good based on the view, but of course, if you want really good seats, you gotta fork over some cash, but on this trip we sat up top and I really didn't think that it was too bad at all.  The concession lines go fairly fast and they even serve McDonald's!  (which is probably the better food to get over here.  The nachos were a rip off (hook up more cheese dammit!  More jalapenos than cheese?!)

I gotta say one thing though, I love how everyone dresses really well for the games, I mean everyone is wearing their own style, but they try to come looking fresh, must be the Los Angeles atmosphere.  You can definitely figure out who's looking scrubby in the stands lol.  The visuals are legit too, makes me wanna try going to a game in NY and Boston sometime too.

Best part, which is also related to the parking situation, is that once the game is over it does not take forever to get the heck out of the area.  Definitely wanna check out other events here other than sports!

I would give this place all the stars, but we had some issues regarding our room keys, as well as dealing with the front desk staff.  Besides that, the service was great!  The best part about the Vdara and the surrounding casinos in the area is its location!  Sandwiched right in the middle of the strip, you have everything you want (two malls, casinos, nightlife, etc) and still retreat to the hotel after you've had your fill and need to replenish your strength (2hr naps suffice) to start the madness all over again.

Valet staff is dope, bell services were dope, housekeeping was dope, room service food was delicious, but we just had an issue with the front desk with our keys.  My brother ended his night early at 2am on one night, and he had to wait an hour downstairs to get back into our room.  Our second issue with front desk was when we were looking for a lost item in the room. We were asked to wait in the lobby while they made the necessary phone call to security to check, the male at the desk never got back to us on our query, even when there no longer were lines of people who needed servicing.  When I had gone back up to the desk and asked the lady working next to him to please follow up, she got us our help in less than 5 minutes.  All this while the first worker was listening, he didn't even bother to acknowledge that he helped me previously.

The panoramic suite that we had was awesome!  I wish it was my apartment, just not in Vegas, if that was the case, I'd probably be in a lot of trouble every weekend, hopefully not every night.  The one other thing I did not like was that the pool was unavailable due to construction the weekend we were there, we should have had some of the hotel fees reflect that.  All in all, I would still return here because I really do like the fact that Vdara is a Hotel Resort and not a Casino Resort.
