I moved cross-country from NYC to Seattle with Dumbo Moving and had an overall excellent experience. They were a million times cheaper than every other company that I got a quote from, though I only moved boxes (no large furniture). On pickup day they were super communicative and were in and out in 20 minutes. They sent a tracking link when everything left New York, and while unfortunately that link ended up being the for the wrong truck (which I only found out 3 hours before my stuff arrived), the drop off crew went above and beyond to make sure things went right. Their truck couldn't fit down my narrow street, so they had to park 3 blocks up the hill - along with me bringing boxes down in my car, they took dollys and brought the boxes 3 blocks down on foot.

I was super nervous about a cross-country move, and am very glad I chose Dumbo!

I am from NJ and have been to all the tubing places in the area, and Twin Rivers is by far my favorite! I have been coming to them for years, everyone that works there is so nice and gracious and they are very helpful to any first-timers. Love that they now provide free tethers for tying your group's tubes together, in the past I would bring my own string haha! Outside of tubing, there are easily accessible food and drink options walking distance from their location -- it's great to just leave your car parked in the same spot and walk around town to find some food after a couple hours on the river.

Highly recommend Twin Rivers over other tubing companies in the area!

Seems pointless to write this since everyone else is saying the same thing, but this place doles out the smallest bagels I have ever seen in my life. $7 and change for a bacon egg & cheese on bagel that you can very literally eat in 4 bites. The staff are very nice and I live around the corner, but I'm not sure it'll be worth it to ever go back.

Cindy was a true delight! So nice, really knew what she was doing and didn't try to rush through doing it. She keeps it real, and she really cares about her clients and her work. I'll definitely be back!
