Took a group of friends here - the chicken parm was outstanding. Had such a great time with a large group and they were super accommodating and made the night super special! Would DEF come back! Chef and service was awesome!

Hi Jesse,
Thanks for your great feedback, we appreciate your support!
Took a group of 14 guys snowmobiling. They gave me a good price but I just think Colorado snowmobiling is not the place to do it. Park City's snowmobiling experience was WAY more fun.
Goodtimes basically has a trail you go through with 0 room for fun. You can only go as fast as the instructors who (Macgyver and 1 other guy) were not fun at all. They didn't go out of their way to make it a good time and basically just did the basics.. they sucked to put it nicely.
We finished 25 minutes early in our 2 hour tour and they refused to give us more time. It just wasn't fun and not nearly as cool as it was in Park City.
They say these are the "Cadillac" of snowmobiles... I didn't realize what that mean't until I got there - I'd rather the Corvette... the Cadillac just wasn't fun and neither were the guides OR the trails. Maybe go somewhere else, I would next time.
So the lady (maybe Carmela?) Was VERY nasty to me... They charge $4 for a latte, then 75 cents for the cup and 75 cents for almond milk... I said can I bring my own cup next time? She said no, they charge you for a plastic cup... seriously? This try to be bougie spot is way over priced. Go there if you want a $6 latte and a $15 avocado toast. She told me to go enjoy my burnt coffee at Starbucks. Very nasty. If you like getting charged for a paper cup, then the coffee, then the milk, please go there you won't find a better spot!
Why would you charge extra on top of a $4 latte for a cup? Your answer didn't help - maybe just include it in the price... lol it's very confusing...

Dear Jessy, I tend to address this sort of issues in private but giving the importance to clarify this to our customers I rather to make it public.
First and foremost, in none of Carmela Stores we charge $0.75 for the cup.... we charge $0.75 when you order a larger size, since, as you can expect, there's more coffee and more milk in the drink. If you order a medium latte, the price is slightly more than a small one... That occurs in every single coffee shop you decide to visit. In regards to the milk, it occurs the same. We don't charge extra for the regular milk (as it is obvious), but when it comes to 'special milks' such as almond, oat, soy, coconut we need to charge since they are also more expensive.
As per the avocado toast, there's no one at $15 unless you had added add-ons (unfortunately I don't know what you ordered, but would love to know better to address your concern more concretely) The most expensive option is $12.99 and that include salmon and egg...
Have a great day
I love this place! The food is outstanding, the owners are wonderful people, and the interior is gorgeous. You'll have a guaranteed great time! The drinks are great, the sushi and entrees even better. You'll never have Asian ribs like here... love it. I'd give it 10 stars! Have eaten here a dozen times, doesn't deserve the 3 star rating!
STK was a bad vibe and not accommodating outside seating (when they promised), we called Serafina and they were amazingly accommodating. Very very sweet, and the food was AMAZING! Both pasta dishes, truffle Nero, and cacio e Pepe were outstanding. And for our engagement they gave us champagne! So so nice.
