I just picked up my order and I am missing an order of fries and sauce to my Korean bites. My burger was a double but got a single too. Who else's order did ya get wrong?!
Can't even talk to anyone when you call!

First and last time to this place. It was in the area we were at so decided to go there. The young guy in timberland boots with his underwear showing didn't know what he was doing. He needed help with every order. The drinks took over 30 minutes, mine tasted fine but my sisters drink was too sweet.

I didn't even read the reviews just thought I try it out. The khao soy and boat noodle was not good. I gave it 2 stars cause the papaya, chicken, sticky rice was okay. But yeah won't be returning.

My second tome to this place and I must say they have the worst customer service ever. They don't smile or make you feel welcome there. This time I ordered the soup dumplings and it had no soup at all- dry. The beef rolls was really dry too. I ordered it from them cause it was closer to home. Will be giving it another try but not at this place.

I've been going through something and a friend suggested I call the support line 916-9202952. She was no help she didn't really say much we only talked 12 minutes and she was trying to get me off the phone few times. I am disappointed.

This is my second or third time to this location. I did not feel welcome there at all. I was helped by a skinny young girl with ugly black and silver glitter nails. She had asked if I would like my money counted, I have never ever been asked... if I want my money counted. After giving my money she didn't say anything. Not even have a good rest of your day.

FedEx is full of BS. I went in Thursday to have a package shipped. I paid $115.97 for overnight shipping and it never was delivered the next day. It's Saturday, I called early morning and he told me someone will call me back today. It's 4:35 and no one called so I call again and I get another guy telling me the same shit. Took down my information and told me someone will call, I try to ask for his name he hangs up. Do not get service from FedEx!!! No one in this FedEx office smiles they all look like they hate working there.

Went there tonight because my son wanted to try it out. I just think the food was not as great as other places. The soup wasn't as hot. She got my daughters order wrong and the guy fixed it but it wasn't good my daughter didn't eat it.

I been there once only, had better elsewhere. My mother told me she went there had ordered the boat noodle and noticed hair in her soup. When she told them hair was in her soup they denied it came from them. She was not happy, never went back.

Last night was my 5-6 time there. We waited long trying to get a drink. The service was horrible, not sure if we'll be going back. All the bartenders looked unhappy
