I'm blown away with how rude these people are. My husband and I broke down in Yellowstone National Park last night. I spoke with Melissa(?) on the phone. She said her taxi driver was at a rodeo and could not come get us and take us to West Yellowstone. Also, she said they don't go into the park at night because of wildlife. She said that they "could give us a ride in the morning." She did mention that we should go through their online platform to book.

Well, we finally made it to a West Yellowstone hotel around midnight because a very friendly tow driver in the National Park helped us out. This morning, we have to get to the airport before 10am to pick up a rental car since ours is down and It'll be another week before the car is fixed. We are on a time crunch and absolutely need the rental to checkout at our Airbnb in Island Park and get home to
SLC. With no Ubers or other options in West Yellowstone, we tried to book online with this taxi service, but we didn't have luck with the online platform. I called them and a man picked up that sounded as if he could've been the husband of the lady I talked to the night before--I told him I tried to use the online booking platform, but I didn't have luck, so I asked if they had availability around 8am to get us to the airport. The man complained because I was giving him late notice (I literally cannot help it... I would've loved if things worked out different, trust me). Also, is late notice almost an hour before? With them being 1 minute down the road from our hotel, I don't see it as an issue. I ended up asking if he had later availability, trying to be flexible. He said I need to book online and acted like he couldn't help over the phone as an alternative. To top it all off, I mentioned that the lady I spoke to last night said we could get transportation this morning if we needed it. Without calling me a liar, he called me a liar--He said, "Nobody would have said that to you. You need to book online." Um, what?!

I told him we were going to go a different route (at that point, I didn't want to give them my service), and he hung up on me. I was more than nice to this man after he basically called me a liar and he still hung up on me. Maybe it's just me, but you don't hang up on potential customers or people who have the ability to spread word about your service.

My husband is now walking an hour to the airport to try to get us a rental. Needless to say, you're screwed if you are in a situation like ours. The taxi service isn't really a taxi service--They're just rude people that do not have the ability to accommodate. I don't say this often because I like to see people succeed, but they do not deserve to run a business with their attitudes and lack of customer care. If other lift services enter the area, they are going to go down real quick with these kind of ratings. An overall 1 star rating score on Yelp is real bad, and this taxi service lives up to it.

Extremely overpriced for mediocre food and service. The vegan meal I got had paneer in it, and according to someone else on here, they also got a vegan meal with paneer. Paneer is NOT vegan. For a place that advertises vegan options, this is so disappointing. Please learn the difference between vegan and vegetarian. On top of this, got charged for a gluten-free tortilla ($2) and was not told until after payment that they didn't have any gluten-free tortillas left. My husband's fries were burnt and hard to eat. My husband's brother received the wrong meal. Just a bad experience overall and wish we would've spent the money at a real Indian restaurant.

I'm vegetarian, but prefer to eat vegan, so I was so happy to find this place in Moab before going into the national park. I asked if they were able to make something I saw on Yelp (a chard or collard wrap/taco) because I wanted something light before hiking and they had a very limited menu--The young lady working immediately went over to the nearby garden to pick veggies for it. She asked the young man in the food truck to make it for me and he was more than happy to.

The kindness that flows throughout this place is beautiful. To add, the environment is so cute and relaxing. The plant-based food is fresh and delicious, and is garden to table (literally). While the suggested prices seemed a little high for the amount of food you get (we are from Ohio where everything is super cheap lol), it is donation style. Basically, you pay what you wish to do. I paid the suggested price because they were incredibly sweet and clearly work hard to provide fresh veggies to their customers! I hope to go back soon. Great experience.

It's been a while since I've written a review. This place was so amazing that I had to come on here and give them 5 stars (wish I could give more)! My husband and I just moved to Utah from Ohio. With our favorite food being Thai, we were determined to find a place with AUTHENTIC Thai food. Also, I'm vegetarian, so I place that offers vegetarian curries is a huge win. Before we ended up at Tuk Tuk's last night, we showed up to one Thai restaurant and realized they were only doing carry-out, so we left and started calling around to other Thai places to see if they offered vegetarian curry. I called multiple places and they couldn't understand what I was asking. I was so close to giving up, but I decided to give it one more shot and called Tuk Tuk's--They confirmed they could make their curries vegetarian!

Upon entering Tuk Tuk's, we were kindly welcomed and sat immediately. Our orders were placed and everything came out quickly. Throughout our dinner there, the entire staff kept checking on us and making sure we had all we needed, which was very nice. They were very attentive and energetic! The owner even stopped by our table and talked to us about how he started the business with his family, why he chose the name Tuk Tuk's, why he chose the specific design for the restaurant, etc. It was really neat to learn the backstory of the place.

As for the food portion of our experience, it turned out to be the best Thai food we have ever had... and we have been to a lot of authentic Thai restaurants. Just when I think Thai food can't get any better, they blew my expectations. To start, we got veggie spring rolls. The rolls were so fresh and the peanut sauce (made from scratch, btw), was very good. When the guy that delivered our spring rolls found out I was vegetarian, he went to the back to get me a sweet chili sauce in case the peanut sauce wasn't vegetarian. When he went to get the sweet chili, he checked to see if the peanut sauce was vegetarian (it is)--I didn't even ask him to check on that! So nice and caring of him to do that. My husband got Tom Kha soup with tofu (base is chicken, so I didn't taste it). My husband really loved it and thought it was flavorful and different. For the entrees, I got the pumpkin curry with tofu (spice level 1); My husband got the massaman curry with tofu (level 3). The rice came in a silver pot of some sort. The pumpkin curry was sweet and spicy with so many veggies, including pumpkin pieces, and a lot of Thai basil. The massaman was sweet and spicy with a very exotic spice blend. If I had to guess, it had some cinnamon in it. I kept stealing bites from my husband because it was so addicting. Both were amazing though. We were going to try the coconut waffle with ice cream, but we were there a little past close and didn't want to be rude and order more we will try it next time because I know we will be back. I'm very eager to try other curries and possibly a noodle dish!

I don't think I'm going to be interested in trying another Thai place in Utah to be honest with you. I'm afraid I will just be disappointed if I go anywhere else.

To wrap up this review, I just want to note that although the place looks very modern and plays modern music, don't let that fool you into thinking they don't have authentic, fresh Thai food. They make everything to order and their sauces are from scratch. If you go here, know that the vibe is modern and energetic and mom does not play around when it comes to recipes. You're getting traditional, authentic Thai without the traditional environment. I personally love it and think you will too

My latte was good, but not the best I've had. Could've maybe been a little stronger on the espresso. Wish they would've had at least a few syrups to choose from. I ended up getting truvia sweetener added.
