This location consistently forgets parts of the delivery order. When we called the location to ask for the rest of our food we were told it would be right out (we live 2 miles from the store). After waiting another 25 mins and still no food we call again... they say they are going to refire our entire order since at thins point everything else they originally bright was cold... 40 mins later and still nothing, we call again. We tell them that we will drive to the store to pick up our complete order and we just needed to know what time he food would actually be done. My husband drives up there and has to wait an additional 15 mins because they had made the order incorrectly... again! The assistant manager was overwhelmed with multiple customers who had incorrect orders and he stated they didn't have a store manager currently and there wasn't anyone who could approve a refund for their mistakes. We won't be ordering delivery from this location any longer and we will drive somewhere else to pick up our pizza, because I'm done paying a $3 delivery fee for the wrong order.
