Like Katie, I hired these guys for a landscape job. Not anything really difficult just some concrete work, building flower beds and planting shrubs. It was a complete disaster! The foreman didn't know crap from clay about running a job so a two week job took six weeks. Different plants were planted without our ok and the quality was simply not there. The mulch applies was maybe 1/4 inch thick and they didn't cap a sprinkler line so we had water pouring everywhere when the sprinkler came on including under our slab. Well this water caused the clay to swell and cracks to develop in the brick. Our builder was kind enough to come out, look at it and tell us what needed to be done to fix the issue. We paid for one of the suggested fixed and called Eldorado to come back and fix their issue. We got empty promises and no action. First, the foreman was no longer with the company. Then, the owner's partner was running the landscape business and finally the owner was going to come over himself and deal with it. The guy never showed, never called. I wouldn't trust these guys to build a dog house.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They cannot seem to conduct themselves in a business-like manner and have no desire to stand behind their work or their word. They should be ashamed.
