Went recently with my husband after having gone with a friend this summer and having a great meal.
Unfortunately the experience was night and day.
In the summer our food was top notch. Service was incredible. Ambiance was fantastic.
Recently, however, I can't say the same.
Our table was in a very high traffic location and it was very loud. The waiter seemed new, and that's fine, I spent many years in the restaurant industry, I have plenty of patience for people learning the ropes. The apps were sub par. I ordered the buratta and the "crustini" was anything but. More like cold wet bread that was slapped on a charbroil flame grill for black marks. We didn't recieve our wine until halfway through our meal. Did not get bread and butter like every other table nearby. My husbands steak was over cooked and my short rib was cold. The asparagus accompanying it also had that flame charbroil taste. Very unappetizing. We ordeeed tiramisu for dessert and it was very flat and extremely soggy. Absolutely saturated in espresso and honestly didn't taste fresh. This meal cost over $200 and was not anything to impress and certainly doesn't make us want to return. In this economy spending that kind of money on one meal should leave you wow'd and eager to return. That just isn't the case here.

But they're slipping something fierce lately. The quality of the filet mignon sambo has gone DOWN the tubes. The roll is some janky hoagie roll. Not toasted anymore. Raw onions. Wrapped in foil.
I mean it was crappy enough when they switched to a la cart and fries became extra but this is just disappointing. Fries were ICE COLD when I got them and the portion is TINY now. C'mon guys don't slack. You're too good.

I won't be going back here ever. Not only was the entire wash rushed, they did a terrible job and for over $30, I want to see my car actually clean. This is unacceptable. Nothing like paying that kinda money for a full service car wash and having to come home and wash you car yourself anyway.

Food is usually decent. Parking lot is absolutely atrocious. Recently got an overnight oats with fruit cup and it was sour. The fruit was old and smelled
fermented. Couldn't even eat it. How many days in advance are they preparing these things. Not planning to return there any time soon.
