I'm a strong believer that everything happens for a reason. I believe Neal and Shane were meant to be here for me with the very unexpected loss of my mom on 11/2. I've never met more caring people who would go out of their way and stay late at work for a complete stranger. I was able to get that one last goodbye with my mom. I wasn't going to ask to see her but something told me that I needed to and I'm so glad I did. A little weight was lifted from my heart after getting to see her; she looked so peaceful and finally at rest. I'm so glad Neal and Shane were able to give that to me. They both went above and beyond with their love and compassion for my mom, as well as being able to show me love and compassion in my darkest hours. It's a treasure to meet people like them and I'll forever cherish both of them!

This WAS a pretty nice place I could go eat, and work on school work before class for 2-3 hours. That's as until today... I went to pay my bill and it was HIGHLY suggested to me by the person who served me that I should "find a library or something to do your home work at". I was shocked; never have I been asked to "go else where" to do my studies. I get you have a certain number of tables, BUT there were tables that were not filled ALL THROUGH the restaurant (even "my" section). I can assure you that server just cost this establishment a good paying customer. I will not be back there.

I went to this location on 7/2 for a no chip manicure. The shop was very busy as I figured Friday before a holiday. I walked in and noted my place in line. Another person and her daughter walked in and one of the ladies was about to have them take a seat instead of me ; I spoke up quickly to let them know I was next. The nail tech that was assisting me was worried about getting people in and out. She didn't take much time to file and buff my nails. Didn't ask if I wanted them cut either. The lengths were all a bit different and not uniform. She was working so fast at applying the polish that she was missing small spots on the corners and edges of my nails. As well they did not make sure all the polish I had on before this was completely off, so their are still small bits of black around my cuticles. Not 5 days after I got the no chip I had a part of the polish chip I went back and had it fixed and left. I understand that you want to serve everyone that walks through your door but you need to do a good job at the service your providing first. ‍

BUYER BEWARE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! DO NOT PURCHASE from these people! We purchased a 2011 GMC Arcadia SLE 3/17/21 outright! Four hours after purchasing it the check engine light came on!!! Took it to have codes read the NEXT MORNING and it threw timing chain codes! $1700+ to fix and who knows what else was wrong with it because a lot of codes were CLEARED (see photo of code reading)! Mind you my husband was weary to purchase from these people because he bought a 2005 Ford F-250 from them a while back and 3 days later the high and low pressure oil pumps went out and EGR cooler went out!!! And they wouldn't do a DAMN THING about it! Pretty coincidental for lightning to strike the same spot twice if you ask me. After dwelling on it and having a bad feeling about all of this I decided that I was not comfortable keeping the car and driving long distances every two weeks with it. Went back to get my money 3/18/21 and was treated with the SHITTIEST customer service ever! I asked to see ALL the paper work I signed because they said I signed a 20% restocking fee! I asked to see the exact one that I signed and they told me to go down the road to get it myself at the other office where it was taken to. They only offered $1000 dollars to fix the timing chain (if we decided to keep it rather return it) because we wanted to use our OWN mechanic to know for sure that things were getting fixed how they should! After some arguing that went up to $1200... still not covering the cost of fixing the big issue. Luckily we were able to get them to do a 10% restocking fee. We couldn't get away from there fast enough after getting reimbursed. Do NOT purchase the 2011 GMC Arcadia SLE (VIN: 1GKKRRED4BJ138429) codes were cleared on it prior to our purchase I have a sneaking suspicion that this vehicle will just be parked back out on the lot for sale without servicing.
