Went in at 6. Finally walked out at 7:30. No food, no explanation as to why. Terrible service. It was a 20 minute wait to start with, while there were available tables everywhere. We waited anyways. Then continued to wait for 15 minutes after they seated us for anyone to even get our drink order. Then continued to wait. No one came over to check on us. Finally said forget it and drove over to chilis. That'll be my first choice from now on and IHOP will be my last!

Great prices! The staff is extremely helpful and I'm always happy with the cuts I get. I even got help with a product that I needed for my hair. All the girls there seem to be happy and have great attitudes. I love being greeted every time I walk in there and most if the time they don't have a long wait.

EXTREMELY rude! Not helpful at all. Couldn't get anyone until five days later. Insisted on arguing with me over the phone instead of listening to what I was saying. Try calling somewhere else first.

Whenever I need something, I stop by here. The staff is extremely helpful and they don't talk down to you like many do if you're a woman and you walk into a car parts store.

They're great at ordering the parts you need, too. I've had a few times where they had to order a part in for me and I had it in my hands in just a few days.
