As other reviewers say, this hotel was very clean, felt safe and it was great to have parking immediately behind the building. The second floor lobby was very nice as well. The room layout was a little difficult. In our room with 2 queen beds, there were only two small night stands and a single small chair. No dresser or any flat space to open a suitcase on or to set things down. The bathroom was very large, weirdly large, but with out enough towel racks, shelving or mirrors. Really - sleeps 4, towel space for 2. This could be easily remedied by management and would make the space much more usable. An additional mirror by the windows would have been useful as well.
Purchased a large wardrobe box from them and then discovered I wouldn't need it. Never even took it out of the trunk. Tried to return it three days after purchase and they refused. They only take returns if you have an account with them. They ought to have a sign that says that. I have bought boxes from them before, but this was the last time. Really disappointed.
Sheesh - is there any way to give them a 0 star? Went in to close a card acct and open a new one. Waited in line about 10 minutes, OK, when the teller heard what we needed, she said we'd need a banker for that and to have a seat at the desk on the side. Forty minutes passed and not a single person spoke to us. Two men came in and sat at a different desk, similar to the one we were at, and chatted. In fact, in all that time, with 3 tellers, only one person completed a transaction and left. Two of the tellers were still helping the same people as when we came in.
Left and drove to the NorthTown branch and we were in and out in 15 minutes. And on the website, there is no way to contact them by email with out an account. Like I'd ever consider that now! What a waste of time!

Interesting building, good food, reasonable prices, but so noisy, on a Sunday morning, that all conversation had to be almost shouted. Not relaxing. Frustrating to any party that includes a hearing impaired member.
I have gone to Duc for all my tailoring for at least the last twenty years. He does outstanding work for a reasonable price. From altering chiffon and satin prom dresses for my daughters, to taking in the waist on jeans, to a simple hem, his work, like any very professional tailor's, is completely invisible. You can't see where he has made the changes, but now the garment fits beautifully. Highly recommended!
