What about the animal noise?

I haven't found even one post about the noise from the chickens, goats, cow, sheep...they wake us all up at 2 A.M. and then go at it again around 3 PM. I think if you stay in the middle of the park you miss the road noise and the chicken noise, but otherwise, be aware.

If you have really great earplugs, everything else is high quality. I was disappointed in so many out of order washers/dryers, but hey - stuff happens. I'd be willing to return provided I found the middle row.

As a commerical property management company, we rely on our vendors to handle situations before they become problems. Executive Lighting has been our go-to lighting maintnenace and electrican for over 20 years. They actually show up for those lighting monthly inspections called for in their contracts and when there is an emergency, they handle it quickly and with professionalism. As a commerical property management company, we have worked with the team at Hofmann Finn since 1988 (!) and they have always had the highest level of professionalism. They are not the most inexpensive company at the first round, but since they do it right the first time and the number of change orders is at a minimum, the final price is often less than their competitors. They respect our tenants in the way we want and all their jobs have turned great! One of our favorite contracors.
