Overall nice office, today was our first visit. I have a 1.5 and 3 year old. They didn't force my kids to any procedures they were uncomfortable with. Things I would change: more options for toys for smaller kids and closing mid-day. I understand everyone needs a lunch but it's inconvenient for scheduling. We had a 1230 appt but didn't get called back until 1240 regardless of the fact we showed up at 12 because we had to wait for all the employees to get back.
Went here after the gym because my kid spilled sunflower seeds everywhere. Paid for the package with the tire shine and "full service interior wipe down". When the car came out of the wash, the employees wiped it all down and announced it was done. They never did the tire shine. I asked if that was going to be done and the employee responded "Oh yeah, we forgot. Hold on." So as they're getting the supplies, I put my wallet and water in and notice the wipe down job was terrible. I corrected 10ish spots that were missed. Then when I looked at the tires. They were streaky and looked bad. I just dealt with it and figured I'd fix it at home. As I drove away, I looked on the passenger floor and saw this (picture). What did I pay for if nothing was wiped down, the tires were forgotten, and the vacuuming sucked???? I would have given one start but they get two because at least the employees fixed their mistakes and weren't rude about it. With that being said, I won't be back.
