They had an excellent idea for making donuts like the missing message hearts this year. Unfortunately the reality is nothing like all the pictures and advertisements they have out. No wording. No pastel icing. Just 2 colors of garish icing. Also had to pay a lot and wait a very long time in a drive thru with no exit option. I've learned my lesson and won't be back.

Had a manicure only. No polish. Primarily to remove old shellac and in the hopes of having it well done. Didn't work out. They kept trying to convince us to get polish or more service. Did not cut the nails, did a mediocre job shaping them, and mine didn't even get the polish fully removed so I have white rough spots on my nails. Will have to do corrective work when I get home. The costs posted were $5-15 for that type of service and they charged $20 a piece for the 2 of us- guess they included their own tips.
