I went here a few times and was initially ok with the service, but had a HARD time communicating with the owner who only speaks Korean. If her daughter was not their to help translate, I would have no idea if she really understood me or if she was able to tell me EVERYTHING that I needed to know about my dog. Just simple short phrases. Sometimes I did not understand. She would get upset if I asked for someone in the back to translate.
I quit going when they kept my dog WAY PAST the promised time. I walked in to see what happened and the daughter BLATANTLY lied and said we called you. It became obvious that they worked another customer into my appointment. My dog was not blow dryed and was given back to me curly when he normally looks like a fluffy cotton ball after a fresh groom.
She then sounded so ridiculous trying to cover one lie with another. She said we call the wrong number. We have two dogs with the same name. My dogs name is VERY UNIQUE. Even Petco said "your dogs name is different. Never heard this cute name before ". She was so rattled and knew that I knew she was lying, that she FORGOT TO CHARGE ME AND LET ME LEAVE. I won't be back, but a least I was honest enough to pay for the grooming via Zelle. My fur baby always left there fluffy, but not this time. Should have only given a partial payment.
No more "Puppy Face" grooming for us. We are done with this place. Especially since I can't communicate with the owner who struggles with English. Tried to give her a chance, but I'm done. If you struggle with English, have a translator on the premises or at least on "speed dial".

I don't know how this location got a few bad reviews, but Bev was our server and she was great. Our dinner the night before was excellent and our breakfast was very yummy too.
Our favorite was the waffle. We also loved the baby back Korean ribs appetizer. This will always be our go-to spot for Vegas. We had a ZERO wait time and our food came out fast.
Don't understand how the one yelper stated he waited over an hour for his burgers.I Highly recommend this location. We always go here and will definitely continue. Never had any issues.

The food is just not that good like it was about 7 years ago. I ordered a "to go" order last week. They got the order wrong. We got all pancakes instead of pancakes and waffles. Got hash Browns instead of potatoes O'Brien. The hash browns did not taste fresh. They tasted like something from a Wal-Mart freezer. I agree with the other yelper that the pancakes tasted like cardboard.
Decided to give them another chance today. Got another "to go" order. My mom and I were still very disappointed with the food. Our waffle was burnt. Had to throw it away. The most shocking and disappointing thing was that they GAVE ME CAN BISCUITS. I grew up on can biscuits so I know can biscuits when I see them. I expected homemade yummy biscuits from an old school mom and pop family restaurant.
NOW I HATE THIS PLACE, WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!
Good food. Excellent customer service!!! I know this is their new spot, but kinda tight on space. Hate to see what the old spot was like. Nice friendly atmosphere.
The food was just ok. Had the hotcakes, Hash brown's, and sausage. The part that upsets me the most is the lack of service. Javier was my server. He brought my food and NEVER EVER checked on me. I heard him say to two other tables, " Everything good", but kept walking by my table. I usually tip pretty good when I am treated fairly. I gave him a small undeserved tip. I left feeling sad. I WILL NOT BE BACK. I will only go where I feel welcome. Not the case here. He rushed to my table after I put my napkin in my plate and brought the check. He still did not ask if I needed anything else.
Lousy business hours. I checked on line for the hours. Called multiple times, no answer. Go there and there is a sign stating closed for from 1 to 3pm (so irritating).
Go back home and call at 3pm. FINALLY the old guy answers. I clearly stated do you change batteries for "fitbit". Instead of saying no, he said, " depends on the size. Bring it in and let me see".
I waste more TIME and GAS to bring it in. I give him the watch and he says I don't change fitbit batteries. He made me even angrier when he said, "You don't need a new battery, just charge it". So stuip. I had to explain to him that the unit had stopped charging. It eventually dies like a car battery. He then tells me to contact fitbit. Even if I had a watch that he could fix, I WILL NEVER GO BACK. He is so irritating.
