Michele is the best hair cutter i have ever had. She is consistent and caring and does a great job with efficiency and good cheer. I have not had regular barber in years and now for the last year i do go to Michele.

Dr. Tamami is the best dentist i have ever been to. HIs office Staff and Hygienist were very warm and friendly from the start, and the oral care that i received was very very good. Dr. Tamami has a very caring chair-side manner and he took care of my needs extremely carefully. The Office is very comfortable and basically it was a supportive and low-stress experience, which is rare quality in my experience. I shall return, when needed. Simply put, i feel safe and confident and "in good hands" with Potomac Dentistry.

I have only taken 3 classes at One Aum, but i can clearly say that Sean and Shannon are very very good at Honoring and Showing Care to each student. I felt safe and supported by teachers who have many years (Sean) and decades (Shannon) guiding students in Class and one-to-one. Their establishment is Clean, Bright, and Inspiring. Sean's Thai Yoga BodyWork is some of the Best i have ever had. Shannon's strength and honesty are rare qualities to be shared so generously. Wherever they happen to be , Sean and Shannon are Careful and Supportive guides for Yoga Students. One Aum is an excellent choice for anyone within driving distance. I recommend them often to friends.

The Root is that She CARES about your Greatest Good and Full Self-Actualization.
She knows that the Universe is totally Responsive, Intelligent, and Benevolent.
All we need to do is get out of our own Way, lose or at least humor the Ego, and Dare to be Our Greatest Joy and Service to the World!
Ambika puts Service before $$$ and genuinely Gives 100% toward being a Guide and Ally on the personal Spiritual Life Journey. I consider her a Sister and Close Friend even though we have only shared a few hours together.
