I recently purchased 6 gift cards from Target for Christmas gifts totaling $550.00. When the recipients proceeded to use them on the four target gift cards totaling $400.00 there was no monies placed on them, The two Visa Gift Cards which all were purchased November 29, 2022, visa cards were used on 12/6 and still in my possession and no monies were left on them. When I brought all my receipts to the Target in Rolling Hills Estates, CA where I purchased them they were very lax in helping me and I even spoke to a Manager. I have been trying to rectify this problem for 2 hours and still no results. There has been fraud on these cards. I cannot believe that Target will not rectify this problem. As far as I am concerned they are playing into the fraud and could definitely care less. Very disappointing that a large company could care less about servicing their customers.

I was working with a first time homebuyer(s) and our transaction was smooth until matters beyond all of our control turned a little upside down. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Virgin Hotel in Nashville, TN. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk girl, Kendra, who not only made our stay pleasureful but helped us out with non touristy fun and worked hard to get us into restaurants that were impossible to get reservations. She Went over and above her call of duty but I will tell you that Virgin Hotel is lucky to have her as an employee and a valuable one at that. It's a great City to visit but Kendra made it extra special for us.
