I had a terrible experience here and I didn't get past the front desk! The girl at the desk only wanted to tell us how we would have to pay $80 just because we were without an appointment! She didn't tell us how they would help our little girl.
The one thing they stressed was the money and not for a moment did they show compassion or concern! If you only got into healthcare for the money then you chose poorly!
Dunbar Animal Hospital was pleased to help us! Go there!

Each Nautilus is independently owned and this accounts for gross differences in equipment, services and training of employees! I have a wife and two daughters who exercise at the Cross Lanes Nautilus and they all return home to shower! This is thanks to the facility's lack of doors to the shower stalls. No one should have to feel vulnerable or put on display in today's times with so many touchy circumstances and violations of people's personal rights! This facility needs to start some renovations to bring the place up to standard! It seems as if it has been since the place was opened that the last work and true maintenance took place!

I visit my Cross Lanes Kroger but I notice that late in the evening there is what I expect is an employee who is defiant to the law! This is probably because they don't believe anyone needs handicap parking at night. Like people with physical disabilities have an early bedtime mandated by government or something? Well, I am not handicapped but my mother is and she has a very difficult time getting around! Regardless of the hour of day or night handicap parking spaces are 24 hours reserved for those with government issued handicapped parking permits! It is a hefty fine for violating this and since the owner of the blue Ford Mustang with vanity plate "MEAN GT" doesn't have a permit I would suppose that it's just a lazy person who is most likely 30 years of age or less! Kroger's management needs to address this individual and stop the gross disrespect if there is any regard given for customers. After all, Kroger exists for the customers and not the lazy part-time employee!!
