Sep 30, 2023Nope. I think that the brisket could've been better not chopped. The service was decent and the ambiance felt like I was eating in someone's country kitchen in the mountains.

Reunited my taste buds with the restaurant that popped my pho-king cherry. I got the #4 but was contemplating on the C5 which is lemongrass marinated meat(your choice) over rice with sides. My mind wanted to variate but everything else said "You came for the Pho Fool, ya fool!"(8-tails joke).
Got the large size of heavenly goodness and on my first bite of noodles, steak, bean sprout, and jalapeno drenched in lime flavored broth, I remembered why it is the BEST PHO I'VE EVER HAD!
The broth has a unique slight nutty sweetness that other pho places I've been to haven't duplicated. The beef was very tender, cooked to perfection and never chewy or tough.

It truly is Pho-King good!! The thinly sliced beef mixed with the tangy cilanto and fresh vegetables made the broth slap my hunger sideways. I can't remember the name of the dish I had(it was in 2007 when I ate there), but I'd definetly go back and HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. The dine in experience was very comfortable. Not snazzy, no dress code, no big ass dragons and over the top interior decorating which is good because I don't eat decor!! I eat food!!! And this place got some great food!!!!

Only go here when you want to eat what you didn't order and have to wait 20 mins for it.
One time after getting my order around 11pm I looked inside the store because I was pissed at how slow and WRONG my order was that I contemplated going back to fix it. What do I see inside...
The chick that took my order lighting up a blunt in the dimmed dining area.
This place need to train their night crew better.
I've had bad experiences here 80% of the time.
Their only saving grace is convenience. They're the closest burger alternative to WacDonald's in the area.

Jun 19, 2019Yep... 5 stars because whenever I have a hankering for fried fish this is the only place I go to since Pier 16 closed down. The staff here are always friendly to me, the food is REALLY good. What's funny is I have not had their chicken yet!!
What to try on your first visit:
Salt & Pepper catfish meal
Flounder meal
Banana pudding(homemade)
Now go eat!!
