Emailed using their form, and never got a response. They have multiple bad reviews about communication on their social media page, including one no show. It seems like they have closed up shop - glad I didn't book anything with them.
Reserved a non-smoking room, tried to check in, the lock on the room was inoperable (so no one could enter), and after an hour of them trying to fix it, they sent me to a different room. When I arrived, it was (surprise!) a smoking room and smelled disgusting. I asked for a different room and they said they were full/overbooked and had nothing else available.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We want all our guests to have a great stay where everything exceeds their expectations and I am sorry to hear this was not the case during your stay. We sincerely hope you will give us another chance in the future to replace this experience with a positive one.
Certain PAs/MDs are great - especially Hita and Dr. Jacokes. However, Sheena Harris is not great. She upcodes the visit (so a sinus infection that is a level 3 for Hita, Jacokes, etc. is a level 4 for her and more costly for the patient). She also writes extra prescriptions that aren't needed (like narcotic cough syrup when I wasn't complaining about a severe cough/impaired sleep because "most people like it" - I didn't fill it). So just make sure to request Hita or one of the other PAs recommended here and watch your EOBs. If Sheena Harris the only one available, you'll honestly be better off at a Minute Clinic.
The staff was great, especially the manager who was especially nice to the kids and brought us a free ice cream even though my daughter didn't get the kids meal. The prices were a little high, but I think that is just the area.
Dr. Alley is the best vet we've ever seen - we followed her from her old practice to this new one. She successfully treated our dogs' strange ear margin erosion when multiple other vets failed (including a pricey vet dermatologist at NC State). She is very honest about what treatments are necessary and is very good about referring patients to specialists for more complicated surgeries, behavioral medicine, etc. if necessary.
