It doesn't get any better than Lauren at I.AM.YOU. period. I've done yoga ll over the country and make it a point to check out studios wherever I go. Lauren is the end all. Beginners can definitely try it for the challenge and experienced practitioners WILL be challenged even further. The sparse schedule is my only complaint. I wish i could make it to class more often. but everytime i come (because its not often) i realize how unbelievable Lauren's teaching style is. it is unparalleled.
