The Hyatt house in San Jose area is much better. Older dated property. The king pull out bed was dirty. They also called me and said a room complained my kids are loud..ok well I have two under 4, so don't even call me about this. I've never gotten a call like this from a hotel and we travel a lot. Maybe they need better insulation.

This food have me the worst heartburn ever. Also they got the order wrong. Not fresh in my opinion.
