The person who claimed to be the manager is very rude and disrespectful toward his customers. When approached about doing a poor job on a car, he tells the customer to leave and go wash their own car. He not only needs to be trained in customer service, he needs to be trained on how to properly wash a car. Will make sure everyone we know never goes there for a car wash.
