First I'd like to say that WATKINS has recently been acquired by JOE HUDSON COLLISION. Prior to this acquisition they might have been fine. However, now that JOE HUDSON HAS taken over- disaster! Rude, unprofessional and overall terrible experience. They took my car in to fix abs after a week hadn't even started. They said the person who was working on it got sick. I rented a car for the week, so I was out $200. Then I reschedule a s they couldn't follow through. I would think twice before bringing a vehicle to WATKINS.

I am very unhappy with JOE HUDSON COLLISION. They gave me an estimate, brought my vehicle into work on and then After a week said they needed more time. I Spent $200 to rent a car. Then they kept the parts and never followed through to complete the job. It's now over a month later and they still have not made time to fix my vehicle. It's not an insurance paid job. They were rude and not accommodating. Very strange! Considering they have many 5 star reviews. STAY AWAY!
