A recent dealing with agent/Chris Johnson with Long & Foster left us less then impressed. Completely unfamiliar with the area (claiming Rustburg schools are comparable to Forest per a report she ran for us), and using "fixer uppers" as comparison for sale price on a home in good condition. These are only a couple examples of the experience, which was horrible for us. Maybe she's used to dealing with either high-end or low-end, but absolutely unreasonable when it comes to middle-market houses.
